She really listens to me, I get answers that I came understand.

Stacie was excellent. I had a list of questions I wanted to ask her because I was very worried. When she was finished, she said now do you have any questions for me and I had none. She had already answered all of the questions I had on my my mind and on my list. She was very thorough. Being a retired nurse, I feel I had more questions than the average person also. She is truly amazing!!! Would highly recommend Stacie to anyone!!!

Ms. Litteral, the nurses, and the reception staff are wonderful at Gastroenterology. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming and willing to help. Ms. Litteral always knows every about my health and how to go about treating me.

She always listened to me. Which some don't. Say if I need anything just call the office.

Stacie Litteral was an EXCELLENT provider. She listened,took her time to provide me an opportunity to speak and express my concerns. I felt so much peace that hopefully my GI problems can be located and fixed(possibly an AVM small bowel bleed) She an example of what health care can/should be!

My visit was on time even though it took a minute to find the office with the changes to the hospital but now I know where to go. But for everything else it went great

Stacie often and always runs on time for all my appointments and she goes over my history thoroughly, asks the right questions and does listen. And she tells me how to get a hold of her specifically if I need something that might not be able to get through on the first line, but to just send her a message through MyChart and she does respond promptly. She is always attentive and listens to every symptom and concern I have.

I just want to explain the low rating foreseen in a timely manner. Apparently, this literal nurse did not come to work on time for some reason, and she was having to do the nurse's part as well as her part of the appointment.

She was very, very nice and very thorough and didn't care to answer questions and I really enjoyed my visit with her and I thank her very much. God bless and Merry Christmas.

So I was ordered a Pantoprazole, 20 milligrams, and instructed to take two tablets by mouth once daily with only a quantity of 30. So that gives me a 15-day supply with only one refill, and I'm not scheduled to come in again until May. So I didn't think that was so great. Thanks.

Getting seen by a different provider then originally planned is always scary, but from the first time she filled in for Dr Settles you could tell she cared as much as Dr Settles. Still to this day she puts forth the extra care. Other providers I have seen to fill in where not as tedious and I didn't feel cared for as I do with Dr Satcey Litteral and Dr Settles.

I'm a new patient. Stacie is very kind and she listens and is understanding about my fears with medication and treatments. And when I broke down on her she was very caring and comforting and patient with me. I highly recommend Stacie. She is so wonderful. Thank you

No, the only thing wrong was the provider didn't have enough help or, you know, to, you know, to see her, you know, patients efficiently or she would have. And she apologized, you know, there were, you know, I guess, scheduled, you know, we were scheduled, really, I guess, like a herd of cattle, you know, and other than that, she provided excellent service. It, actually, her, it was not her fault for, you know, the timely, in a timely manner was not,
