Everyone was so pleasant from the front to the back to coming back out. And I would recommend him to anyone. And he's so much better than the last cardiologist I had. I would recommend him to anyone.

Think he had an emergency before my visit time that caused him to get behind. How ever. he saw me and , had an EKG, and we went over everything.... He is a great Dr and I trust with my life ... and anyone in my family!

Zane Darnell is one excellent heart doctor and I really enjoy going to him because there is no crap. He's straight up and he gives you everything that you need to know without leaving anything out. He's excellent.

Well, they didn't have my information from my other doctor. I don't know whose fault that would have been. But it was a waste of $45 to go down there for him to tell me to come back later after I have some tests done. So we could have done that without spending money. Thank you.

I just want to say that yes, I would recommend Dr. Darnell, but I would not recommend some of the others. He takes the time and the care that a person like me needs, and I will not see any other cardiologists.

Dr. Darnell has been my cardiologist for 15 plus years. He has always, I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for him. That's all there is to it. He has given me the best of advice and the best of care and checks on things I don't know anything about and resolves them for me. I can't praise him enough. He's very congenial and very professional at the same time. And it's just great to have him as my doctor. Thank you, Dr. Darnell, and thank you, King's Daughters, for having me there.

One thing, he does not listen when you're trying to tell him about something. He just kind of gives you that look like he knows exactly what you're talking about, but he doesn't. You only see him once a year. So how does he know what's going on with you? And then when you try to tell him something, he just kind of just interrupts you. And then he puts you on a medicine because you're diabetic. And he schedules an echo because he hears a murmur. Well, I will have an echo done, but I do not really care for him as a doctor. He has no personality. And I do not really care that much for him. I'd rather see someone else.

Feel at ease and comfortable with Dr. Darnell. Trust his Judgement and care.

Dr. Darnell listened to me even tho I get anxious and am not good at explaining things, he was patient, listened, took his time to decide what the best course of action was, explained everything very well. I am not comfortable in hospital/dr.office settings but he makes you feel comfortable and listens something that is rare now a days.

Dr Darnell was very familiar with my dad's medical history and listened carefully to a situation we are experiencing and gave us step by step instructions on how to prepare for and recover from the upcoming surgery. He also discussed in depth my father's current medical situation and additional treatment options we might consider moving forward. He was prompt, professional, and approachable in his treatment and we left the office feeling reassured and aware.

Been seeing Dr. Darnell for a few years now, trust them. When you have an appointment you don't have a long wait. Never waited more than 5 minutes. My appointment got changed once, needed refills was handled that day. Very smooth running office. 10+

I understand that people get busy. I understand there are people in your waiting room. I understand it's a bad time of year for everybody and everybody's rushed. But this doctor talks entirely too fast. Can't understand some of the things he says because he speaks too fast. When I asked him to repeat himself, he would not repeat himself. He changed the subject and told me that he was just going to schedule tests. And that's fine. But when you don't understand something and you've asked a doctor to repeat himself and he refuses to repeat himself and goes on to another subject, he also does not take the time after asking you a question for you to answer the question. He's in too big of a hurry to go knock on the next door and that's exactly what he did.

Everything went wonderfully until after I walked out to the Main Entrance parking to get into my pickup. Then I slipped on the icy step-up, fell back on the left side of my back, and cracked a rib. I was so thankful for the kind lady who stopped & offered to help me. I've been in severe pain all week long and have not been able to leave the house. That was a very sad ending to my visit last week.

I had went to the emergency room like 10 times because I was having chains and all kinds of stuff going on and they dismissed me each time in the ER. And it made me almost not want to go to a doctor because I was scared to. But whenever I met him, it was like he knew everything that was wrong with me. He was looking at my chart and he was really nice and made me understand what was going on with me and gave me the correct medicines that I needed to feel better. And I'm just really grateful to have him be so thorough with me. That's it.

I like Dr. Darnell a whole lot. He's really good and he just tells you the facts and lets you make decisions with your own help and then he tells me exactly what's wrong and what's not wrong and I really like that. He's up front about everything and he's a great doctor I think. Thank you.

Was taken in and seen and was out in less than an hour. All staff was very professional and courteous

The facility was nice and clean. Staff were very nice. And my wait time was minimal. Before I went into the room and then after I was in the room, my wait time was short.

Communication is lacking. My dad and I sat in the room waiting on the doctor to come in after he had his vitals taken over 30 minutes. No one came in to say the doctor's running behind or he'll be here in a few minutes. We were getting ready to leave because that was very rude not being able to be contacted to tell us what was going on and just sitting in that room for 30 minutes. plus 30 minutes.
