Over the period of multiple visits, he has really been in depth with my medical care because it is a complex medical and I am glad that I have chose him as my physician because he definitely listens and he is eager to find the best solution for my care.

I'm satisfied with Dr. Underwood. He's been my doctor for quite some time and he's always very thorough and he's, I fully trust him. He's a good doctor. But I wanted to say about his nurse that was there yesterday. She was absolutely amazing. I had told my friend that I wanted to call and leave a compliment for her. She is such a kind lady. She's very thorough. She walked me to my car because I was unsteady. She's just a very great nurse and I feel like sometimes they don't get the recognition they deserve, but she was a very, very good nurse.

Dr. Underwood was a very professional, kind, very helpful provider for my son. The only thing I wish the time was just a little bit better. Wait times is sometimes a little excessive and I'm sometimes waiting hours to two hours just to be seen. Other than that, he is very professional, very helpful, and one of the best providers I've ever been to.

Your staff at your facility was 110%. The lady that took me back, the lady that took the blood out of my arm, the doctor was, I can't scale from one to 10, I can only scale from one to 100. It was definitely 100 on all of that. You got really a great team.

Dr. Underwood is the best he takes time, explains everything and makes me feel like family. But best of all he is good at what he does.

Your receptionists there are very, very nice, and so are your nurses. But I saw this thing in the waiting room about saying something about your nurse. I think it starts at the nurse's state or at the reception desk. When you go in an office, they're the ones that make your office better and lighten up the air so it's easier to be there when you're anxious or anything. So I think they should get credit too for how good an office runs. And you do have very nice people at the front desk.

Dr. Underwood is a very compassionate doctor. He does listen to everything you have to say. He considers everything and he is a doctor that cares, not a doctor that rushes. So I recommend him highly.

Yes, my experience over there with Dr. Underwood and his staff was excellent. His staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, and then his nurse took me back. I wasn't waiting very long, and then once I got back there, his nurse was very kind and very punctual with everything that she did. She was caring, and then when Dr. Underwood came in, he's like he always is. He's just kind and he's patient and he listens to what I have to say and explains things very thoroughly. I went in to see Dr Underwood with some apprehension due to the circumstances of having to switch providers. But what I found was a Dr. that took the time to review my medical records and to listen to me. He is straightforward and fair. And I feel like he truly cares about me as a patient.

Dr. Underwood was really a great, great initial call consultation. The only issue I have is MyChart. I came from a large practice in Florida that also use MyChart, but my records don't seem to transfer over so easily. That certainly is not Dr. Underwood's fault by any means. He's very, very informative. He listened to me whenever I said something. You know, if I had a question, he knew immediately what to say. I really appreciate him. He was a very thorough doctor and very thorough. And I believe me, I've been to a lot of them. Thank you.

I was supposed to get a follow-up for an ultrasound and it's been two days and no one's called me back to schedule that. I wish somebody would call me back with that.

Dr. Underwood and his staff was very sufficient. They know exactly what he's talking about and very, very kind. They take time to listen at you if you've got a problem. They ask you if you want to know anything. I really rate them about 120%. 110% ain't right, but about 120% they was most helpful as they could be. And that's all I got to say. That's just great about them. They're good people. And thank you.

Wonderful Dr. and staff

He apologized for me not getting into him on time but not his fault.

He has treated me for allergies to various medications and he was very considerate as to what to prescribe for my problem.

Overall, I feel that he has good intentions at heart, but I do not feel that I was listened to and that my input directly or even indirectly affected the outcome of my visit in regards to what I had stated was helping me have a better quality of life. He is okay. He is. But he is enforcing, it seems, an ideology on me that I am not in congruence with. And we will see if he will be my doctor in the future. I am uncertain, as I do have many health issues and want to ensure that I have the best quality of care available.

It was a very busy day for him and it was the first time we have ever been delayed getting called back.And in his defense of maybe not knowing all of out health histories,my husband and I are new patients since only Feb,with several health issues.But we are working together to try to fix things.

In my opinion, I think Dr. Underwood is a very good doctor. He's one of the best ones I've found since my primary doctor retired years ago. And I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you.

All the nurses are sweethearts. The doctor is an amazing doctor and I pray he'll always be my doctor as long as I'm here. And he understands everything I tell him and he listens and he explains things very well to me.

I think I only pressed a no response to was I seen in a timely manner at the beginning of the survey and it should have been for yes, but I was definitely seen in a timely manner. This was my first visit with Dr. Underwood. He was very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Underwood got me in very quickly due to the urgency of my issue and we are working on it quickly. It was great.

I reviewed all my medicines. I had blood pressure issues that day they took it twice. It was high both times I told him about a tingling in my arm. They went ahead and did lab work that day. Urine test for kidneys. I decided to get a tetanus shot cause I don't know when I had one last They did an EKG. It was good. I had to check my blood pressure at home for a while. I might have to change my medicine.

He was very pleasant, took his time, answered my questions and helped me. I would actually like to switch to him as my main doctor that he was so good.
