Everyone from the time I arrived was extremely helpful. I ask a random employee where I needed to go as it had changed from my last visit. She didn't hesitate to take me over to the exact spot I needed to go. I really appreciated it.

Yeah, here's what you can improve. When you're on Mayo Plaza, the intersection of Mayo Plaza and 23rd Street, there's a bush right there by the imaging center. And you've got to pull out in 23rd Street to see what's going on. And you're halfway out in the traffic, whether you can see whether anything's coming or not. That bush needs to be trimmed back. Other than that, it was a great experience. Thank you.

Dr was very compassionate and ask about my health history. Nurses were very helpful!! Pleased to have him as my Dr, he came highly recommended by two of my closest friends!!

His office in Grayson, when we arrived, our appointment was for 8 o'clock, and there was people there that had earlier appointments, and the doors were unlocked, and we waited around half an hour, an hour, and probably had to call his office. He started to have somebody come out and unlock the door.

From the valet service, the shuttle service, to the folks up there in the heart center, to my doctor, everybody involved that I met from King's Daughter, excellent job. You all do a great job. However, only two of the three elevators were operating when I was there yesterday morning. And that really slowed down the in and out of the place. Thank you.
