Dr. Nichols is phenomenal. I thank God for Dr. Nichols. Also, his massage therapist lady was absolutely phenomenal. Both of them together are just godsends in my life right now. And they are both phenomenal.

Dr. Nichols and his team are wonderful. They have helped me feel safe and made sure to understand what's going on with my body and my diagnosis and will listen to any question that I have or any concern, make referrals. His office is wonderful and I recommend them to everybody who says that they are looking for a chiropractor. I just want to thank his team so much.

My chiropractor experience is great. I am very concerned about the facility provided for him to practice in. The ceiling tiles are wet, molded and missing. That cannot be good for patients who are health compromised let alone the staff.

The staff listens to my concerns, and then remedies the problem. They really care about my well being.

Dr. Nichols is one of the best physicians I've ever had, and is definitely the best-kept secret for chiropractic care in Ashland and surrounding environs. He was able to diagnose my back issues, and each visit I've had has helped me feel so much better. Having had issues for so long, I'd pretty much accepted that it would be my normal going forward. Now I'm able to move and function better than I have in literally years, and people are noticing! The staff are top-notch as well. They make you feel at home, they don't see you simply as, "NEXT!" but as a friend. I can't recommend the staff and Dr. Nichols enough, and my friends and colleagues are probably tiring of hearing me tell them to make an appointment. So, friend, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Nichols and his team at your earliest opportunity. You'll be glad you did!

Yes, my visit with Dr. William Nichols chiropractic was fantastic with the doctor. He's very professional, does a great job. The only problem I had was check-in. The area was very, very small. It was very crowded. The one lady checking everybody in, she was overwhelmed with so many people coming in and calling and all that at the same time. I really think they could either hire someone else and have a bigger check-in or something in that area. Thank you.

Since they've moved offices there needs to be a better flow with when you first arrive. No one at front desk and i waited awhile before someone came to register me. No fault of theirs they're having to do too many other jobs as well. So this cut at least 25 minutes off my massage time when it wasn't my fault. I didn't feel like this was fair to me when I had indeed arrived on time for my appointment.

Best chiropractic team ever! Massage therapy excellent. ! I couldn't function well without them. The whole staff is friendly and caring!

I was so thankful that they were able to get me in the next day because I was in so much pain. They didn't make me feel like a burden for asking for a next day appointment being a new patient and they were genuinely nice and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough and I did not feel rushed at all.
