When nurse called me back to do intake, her back was to me the whole time, making me feel as though she didn't want to listen to me. Provider came in, in a rush felt as though I was waisting her time. I had other concerns but figured it wasn't important so just didn't worry with it.

She was very punctual, very informative, very nice, and was all about getting right to work and fixing the problem. No stalling or saying let's schedule some more appointments or anything. She was all diagnosed the problem and went right to work on it. And that's what I liked so that I didn't have to come back and go through a bunch of extra because usually when you get sent to a specialist, they make you run through two or three appointments before they actually get down to work. And she got my diagnosis and was right on it the very first visit and I appreciated it.

I left feeling very confused. She suggested far too many medications and otc products to keep it all straight. Also the cream she prescribed made my condition worse. I've called and left messages twice asking for a different medication and have not received any response. I feel like this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed!

My provider, my doctor was fantastic. But the medicine she gave me, the cream that she gave me, and the other stuff she gave me for my head, I was unable to get at Walmart because between the two of them, after my insurance paid, it cost me a hundred and something dollars. I cannot afford that. So if you can find something else or help me get up lower, Please let me know.

Ms. Hunt was very attentive. She listened to my concerns and my problem, addressed them with me, helped me to clearly understand how to treat my symptoms and my problem. She also helped me to receive the medication that I definitely need to help my problem. I definitely will be following up with her again in the future. She's a wonderful provider. Great job in having her. And she made me feel extremely comfortable and awesome. So, great job. Thank you.

Since I saw Vivian last, I've had breast surgery for cancer, and I've had a stent put in for heart, and I brought her up to date on that, and I certainly appreciated her listening to these new health problems that I've had that may not be directly related to dermatology, but I certainly think it's helped me know that she gets my whole health picture and also problems with my ostomy and so forth for the colostomy and I have ostomy supplies and I really appreciate her listening to me. Thank you.

I visited with Vivian Hunt and I've been to her before and she was a good doctor. I would recommend her to anyone. And on the stuff that we just did, I pushed one by accident. It should have been four.

One of the best dermatologists ever.

We waited two months to be seen by Vivian only to be brushed off and not listened to during the appointment. The triage nurse was rude and Vivian seemed more worried about showing off to the student she had shadowing her than paying attention to the patient. She spent very little time talking to my daughter, fully examining her skin or listening to her concerns. Very disappointed as Vivian was not this way when we first started seeing her.

Yeah, she was very good. I liked her. This is the first time I've seen her. That's why she didn't know anything about my history, because I'd just seen her as a 19th for the first time.
