The only thing is that I'm supposed to have some calls about my appointments for MRI and other things. And I never have gotten a call from them yet, and I just wonder if something's wrong. But everything was fine. I mean, I'm completely satisfied. Thank you.

I had a real great experience. As soon as I got in there and before I could sit down, they were calling my name. It was that fast. Got back here and a triage person. Everything was excellent. They really knew their stuff. And then Dr. Tell came right in after that. And it was just a perfect day. Everything fell into place. She was a real professional. She's a real team player. And I had her as my doctor almost a year ago and her team. And they fixed my back. And I'm having problems with it again, but I know who to go to, and they really know their stuff. Well I was in extreme pain and cannot walk. She offered a shot but I had to wait for it who knows how long to get it. It hadn't been three months from the last one! I couldn't wait that long! I was in extreme pain. She only does shots. I needed something now. You have a policy apparently about giving out pain killers and I understand that. But sometimes I think you need to look at a patients history and condition as an individual! I am not an addict and the pain was unbearable and I got no help other than seeing a Neurosurgeon and he has scheduled me for surgery. Butv he did give me non narcotic pain help and it's working. I truly do understand your policy about drugs and see the necessity of it! But you really need to look at the individual and not the problem as a whole. Too bad somebody hasn't invented some sort of a pain measuring machine that would tell you more!

I was checked in at 11:15 and someone in the office looked over my name and I was not called back and I had to wait to be seen as a first patient after lunch.

Dr. Patel was very polite and well-mannered. You could tell that she was passionate about what she does in helping others. She made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and that I was able to understand the way she explained things. She got me in in an amazing manner and time and she treated me like I was, you know, one of the team. So I appreciate that she went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and that I was okay with the treatment that we were getting set up.

I felt like I was being sold a solution instead of being provided a solution. Because the person analyzing me was the wife of the man who would be doing the surgery. And that seems more like a sales pitch than a diagnosis.

Dr. Patel and the staff are helpful and kind. Most importantly Dr. Patel actually listens and explains everything going on. It's rare to find this in healthcare today.

I drive 4 hours each way to see Dr Patel. In 2020-2021 I drove 8 hrs to see her, not just every 2 months follow-up, but also procedures, such as epidurals & facet injections.

Dr Patel is always very punctual. She answers my questions and explains my treatment plan. I would definitely recommend both she and the Spine Center.
