I like that the staff are human. They are also very efficient and kind, but they don't scare you. I appreciate that they're not overly fearful and worrisome, but yet you feel like they're covering everything really well for you.

Oustanding care!

It is hard to understand the Dr when he has a mask on. The nurse needs to speak for him if he must wear a mask.

Everyone I encountered at this office was so pleasant & no one seemed to have that "I hate being here" attitude that is so prevalent in so many local establishments!

She was great at explaining what I needed to do. Also everything was done in a timely manner. I am always treated so special and get great care there.

My visit went well.

Yes, I had an appointment at nine o'clock. I sit there and they brought people in at 9.30 and at 10 o'clock and running me around. I was the last person to see. So I don't figure they need me anymore because I don't, my money is just as good as anybody else's. And when you pass me around, when I've got an appointment, take other people and leave me sitting, then I won't be back. Thank you.

Yes, the nurses are very good. They're very helpful. The person that took the blood was very careful, very concerned. And I think that it's a great place to go to if you have cancer. And I'm glad that he is my doctor and the nurses that are there are wonderful. I have nothing but praise for him.

Yes, I've been seeing Dr. Inoshita since 2020, and he has always been fabulous. All the girls in the office and the nurses are absolutely wonderful. They have all went above and beyond. But whatever my needs were, whether they applied to what I was there for or not, Dr. Inoshita is just great. I mean, I would never see another oncologist or hematologist as long as he's alive and treating patients, and that office just runs like clockwork. It's just always been. I have 13 specialists because I have several illnesses, and I wish all the offices ran like his. Thank you.
