Clear, concise, and professional visit.

Dr. Sanchez was great. She had spent time looking over my past medical history. I have never had another doctor say they had done this. She asked a lot of questions and explained everything to me so well. She took a lot of notes about our conversation. I left feeling much encouraged about a situation I have been dealing with for a year.

I most certainly think I was skipped over and not called back, others went back before me, my appointment was 3:20 at 4:45 I went up to ask if they forgot about me, then about 5 minutes I was called back, workers were leaving and I was finally seen after 5. I will not wait that long ever again, they told me they were Xtra busy but where was the patients that were scheduled after me, I was the last. Dr Sanchez is a wonderful Dr. None of this was her fault
