Dr. Wheeler took the time to explain things and listened to what I had to say.

He seemed pretty rushed and not real interested in answering many questions.

Dr Wheeler is an incredible man and listened very carefully to all my health concerns. He asked me what I felt and to tell him anything he thought that he should know. After that he explained everything very clearly and even helped with other questions I had. Overall 10/10 Health Care Professional

Yes, the girl at the front desk, I honestly forgot her name, but I remember her working at Burlington Urgent Care. Very nice, very professional. And Dr. Wheeler, wow, I was very impressed, very professional, very kind. And I'm really looking forward to getting this surgery over with. And the girl that helped me schedule the next day or the two days afterwards, very nice, very kind and very supportive. And it was a very good visit. Thank you.

Dr. Wheeler cuts right to the chase. He is direct and honest, which is what I like.

The only issue I had was whenever I wanted to say anything, I was kind of cut off by my surgeon. So it made me very skeptical to ask further questions, but I also know that he has very limited time and did the best that he could with the given time.

Yeah, I just felt that most of my thoughts and feelings and descriptions were glazed over. It didn't seem that there was much care or willingness to help understand. Unfortunately, during this time period, I have been laid off from the plant I work at and currently on unemployment benefits. And my insurance is in the process of flipping over to a different coverage. And so I don't know if that played a role in a lack of care and concern for me post-surgery. I did have insurance during the time of the surgery, but I have just never been disregarded or felt cared less about. Not that I've been through a lot of surgeries. This was the second in my life, but walking in three or four weeks after ?

You guys are real efficient. I really appreciate that. Didn't have to wait. Time was good. People were friendly. Everybody was great. I would have appreciated a little more thorough examination. Now I understand, but a doctor knows, you know, what they're looking at, but you know, I kind of would have liked to have had somebody look a little closer, maybe push in on my stomach or something. Give me a little more information. Thank you.

Very rushed. Felt like he didn't have time for me

Mr. Wheeler was very short with his answers, wouldn't give you time to ask questions, would talk over top of you, basically assumed what he thought you should do, and then would counterdict what he was saying, and pushed through the thing and was out of there in five minutes. It's the most unreal, doctor's visit I've ever had at King Daughters.

The office staff was great. The clinical staff was great. The doctor had assumptions about me as a patient. He had no understanding of me. He did not listen. And he refused to listen. He was very rude and condescending.
