I was very unhappy with the visit because he spent very little time with me and he faked looking in my ears and actually ended up hurting the inside of them when he jammed the otoscope into it. So that's why I was so unhappy. I am a registered nurse and I know how it should have been done.

Very friendly and caring staff! You don't have to wait to be seen. You get in and out in a timely manner. The office, patient rooms and waiting area is clean and well kept. I have always recommended people to go there.

I have AlphaGal and so does my husband. I don't feel like the doctors at KDMC know enough about AlphaGal. Someone is going to get hurt by these doctors that do not know anything about AlphaGal. I actually probably knew more than the doctor knew, so they need to get educated before someone gets hurt by them.

Always in a hurry, never wants to listen.

I didn't have to wait long because it was a snow day and so he saw me in a reasonable time. However, the nurses are never friendly and the doctor's not outgoing and friendly and it makes for a very unpleasant trip and what they did right was see me in a timely manner.

When no other doctors knew what was wrong that was making me sick, this doctor knew immediately what was wrong.

The medical team was very professional and provide great hospitality. The building the office is located within is not well kept. It felt dirty and ran down.

The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses to the provider, they were all very professional, very friendly, very courteous. I just really enjoyed the whole experience. It was, you don't often see that from beginning to end where everybody is just like really personable and I just really enjoyed visiting that office and I would definitely recommend it. The only bad thing I have to say is nothing to do with the office per se or the staff, but the whole building stakes. Not the office, but outside of that. It's really smells bad. Other than that, 10 out of 10, loved it. Great experience.

I felt Dr. Stephens knew everything about me and gave me a good diagnosis and I will be going back to him.

We really expected to get allergy tests done that day, specifically for alpha-gal sensitivity, but we were basically told that that wouldn't happen and sent on our way. So honestly, doesn't feel like we really accomplished anything there that our family doctor didn't already tell us. We thought we were going to see an allergy specialist and get allergy tests to understand exactly what we were most sensitive to. And we were basically sent home with an information packet that told us everything we already knew. And it really felt like it was a waste of money and time.

Shot process for my allergies has been easy and straight forward

It was total cattle call, move people thru as fast as possible. The women at front couldn't even put in my insurance wanted my husbands medical numbers for insurance even thou wasn't his visit. We called main number for insurance, and for King Daughter they found me just fine said was in the system and eligible under insurance. Doctor spending less than 3 minutes with me wanted to put me on daily pills. No tests run, didn't even listen to entire story of what happening to me. Even thou now after waiting two months for appointment I'm symptom free. Only ran environment allergies, found no series allergies there but ran no others to see what I'm allergic to. Still wanted to then put me on two prescriptions, for what he could not really even tell me when questioned. Will not return and look for somewhere else to go.
