Dr. Teresa Tenpenny is very professional, very kind, very knowledgeable of my treatment plan, my prescriptions. I would not see anyone else but her.

Well, the one thing that was kind of disturbing to me is that when I read the report that was posted on my chart in reference to my visit, it said that I was told that my session was being recorded and that she got my permission to record and I was never told that I was being recorded and I definitely didn't have permission because she didn't tell me. And I think that's the first time that's ever happened so I'm a little confused about that. I don't know what that's all about. But like I said, I was not told that I was being recorded during the session and I was never asked for my permission to allow to be recorded. So I'm really kind of ethnically concerned about that. Other than that, though, everything was basically okay. But I'm a professional myself, a mental health professional, and I know legally you cannot record anyone without verbal permission. So I do think that needs to be looked into, but that's basically all. That's really disturbing, and I think it needs to be looked into because

I really like Dr. Tenpenny, and she always listens to me. And sometimes when I go in for an appointment, I feel like all I do is just talk and complain about my problems, but she will intently listen to me and try to offer suggestions. And if I'm in need of any kind of medication, she's always there to give me what is needed. I really like her and my mother used to go to her and I have a granddaughter that goes to her. So I highly recommend her to any other person that is seeking out a family physician.
