They were very efficient and helpful and very courteous

I was seen, I was only there a few minutes before I was called back for my appointment and Dr. Carraway always takes the time to ask me questions and explain to me anything that I ask him about. He takes his time and when I leave there I know exactly what the game plan is and all my questions have been answered and he's told me what, if there's any test results, exactly what they mean and things. So yes, Dr. Carraway is he's very patient and he's kind and caring about his patients I believe. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable and a great bed side manner. I didn't feel like I was herded out as fast as possible. Dr. Carraway made sure I understood what was going on with my health at the level I understood.

I was one of his first patients years ago. I trust him with my health. I can talk to him if I have a problem.

My sodium, my blood sodium level had been a little low for, oh, about a year, and I finally got in to see Dr. Carraway. And when I did, my sodium level had dropped to 124. And basically, he told me to go to the hospital. And so, in my eyes, he saved my life when my other PCP did not. My other PCP told me that I was okay, that it was borderline, and he wasn't going to investigate it or whatever. And a couple of months went by, and I finally got in to see Dr. Carraway, and there you go, and he's a good doctor. He listens, and he cares about his patients. That's all I want to say.

He is very through with his exam. He listens to me and understands me very much. He knows me very well and treats me as a person and not just another patient. When I'm worried about something, he investigates those concerns and calms my fears. He helps me to understand why I'm having certain test he orders and what I might see on MyChart before He has a chance to talk with me, so that I don't get upset. He responds to my MyChart messages in a timely manner.

I wanted to let the phlebotomist at the drive thru lab know how much I appreciated her going the extra mile to mark my specimen "stat" so my doctor would have the results in time for my appointment that day.
