Friendly and answered all questions. Thorough examination

This is the wife of the person that came to see Dr. Thomas. I just feel that he needs to spend more time with the patient. He said that we was taking too much time, but I feel that he needed to spend more time with my husband to explain things thoroughly to him because I don't think he explained things clearly. That's it.

He checked me over extremely well. He gave me great advice on how to handle my condition. I am now registered for physical therapy. He quickly checked over my medication situation and assured me that my meds would be sent to me in a timely manner. I am very appreciative of how I was treated.

Stephen always listens to whatever I'm dealing with, helps me find resolutions to my health problems and always answers any questions I may have. He is always kind and has a great sense of humor.

Always have a pleasant visit. All my medical concerns were addressed and clear understanding of treatment plan was explained and assured that my care was my providers top priority. Stephen Thomas, the provider, did an excellent job from start to finish. The only concern that I would have is when I showed up to the office, the waiting room was empty. I checked in at the desk and sat there for several minutes, 10 to 15 minutes, while nursing staff blared 80s music from the back and left me to sit out there instead of going in and taking me back with no one else in the office. That would be the only critical feedback that I have. So that was the only thing that made the visit not as timely as it could have been. Thank you.

Very positive experience

I had lab work at the end of my visit, and the nurse, I want to say her name was Hannah. I can't really remember. She was fantastic. If I wouldn't have been looking at my arm, I wouldn't have known she even did it. So she's fantastic, did a great job, and was really, really nice.

1st visit was definitely good. Was very impressed with the q/a and will definitely be in touch.

I think that he needs to have some respect for his patients, and show some care for them, and listen to what they think they need, and what they need help from, instead of sitting there going off and misjudging people. But you know, people's got problems at six, they don't understand them, and he needs help. He's got no respect for the people, the way he thinks he can talk to people. He needs to be, he needs to be elsewhere, I think. Have a good day.

I was down there yesterday, and I was supposed to have my x-ray sent to the spine clinic. So I had been there before with my spine and stuff. They did not send them there. They called me from the King's Daughters Outreach Center up here. And so the doctor said I had arthritis. I went and got my x-ray done. And they said my shoulders was up and down, like I told them, and my neck was bothering me in my back. Still, he did not turn them in. I'm going to call tomorrow and see if he'll get them. If not, I've got a copy of it. So that's where I stand.

This doctor is not very personable. He doesn't like to listen. He likes to be in charge and he's a narcissist for sure. And he doesn't listen and I don't want him being my doctor. He did not have no care in the world about any of the concerns that I was in there for. And in my opinion, he needs more training, especially about diabetes. He needs to refresh on that.

Well, he seemed to be very concerned and want to help me all he can. And like I said, he's a timely man and didn't have to wait long. And he does listen and he's honest. He'll tell you what he thinks and you can be and tell you what you think. So I like that. I like wanting to be honest with him. Thank you very much.
