It went well, added more medicine for my condition

During our discussion, he didn't tell me that he was going to take me off of my naproxen and he didn't tell me that he was going to be putting me on a low pressure. I didn't find out about that until the prescription came through from my pharmacy. I've had to look up what that medication was for, and the side effects, and any other issues that I might have with it. So I would have appreciated being told that I was going to be changing medications.

Dr. Velury looked me in on a day that he was booked. He took the time to listen to me. I felt there were no questions left unanswered. He even called in and consulted an electrophysiology physician while I was there and I got lucky enough to see both of them in the same day. I honestly have not felt better with a provider in quite some time because this was a situation that has me scared and they took time and listened to me and I'm very grateful that my provider was able to get me in with him so quickly.

Dr. Velury is probably the best doctor in the cardiology department that you have. I truly trust him and he's a great guy and he, I can't say the very best about Dr. Velury. The hospital, however, I feel is, that's another story. The hospital is, how should I put it? It's cluttered. The whole area is cluttered. Everything is cluttered.

You would expect an EKG every time you go to a cardiologist. He did not do one. He is always in such a hurry and rush us through the appointments. I will be looking for a new doctor. I've given him several chances, but he's just not a good fit for me.

Yes, Sri Harsha always listens and makes sure that you have your medicine that you need to keep healthy and ask all your questions and make sure you understand completely before you leave on how to take your medicine or if you change your medicine. Well, I want to tell you, Dr. Velury is the best heart doctor and blood pressure doctor I know of. And we did sit a little while, but he was busy with another patient. But I wouldn't trade Dr. Velury for no other doctor. And the nurses are great. Thank you all very much.

Yes, I would like to be able to get in and do my stress test faster than four to five weeks. I'm concerned about that, is very much so. Basically, the stress test and the echo, I'd appreciate it if they could get me in faster than what they're doing. It would make me feel more comfortable and at ease. Thank you.
