The office staff/receptionist are very non-professional. They act like I'm a bother when the have to put their cellphone down to look up and check me in. I am very much disappointed in the rudeness and no customer service at this KDMC location

She's the best and I certainly put my life in her hands.

Sonya is awesome. She listens to you very carefully and explains everything to you and explains your medicine, how it's going to work, and if you have any problems, what to do. Everybody in the office was really, really nice. I had some blood drawn and that all went very well too. I'm extremely satisfied with my care.

Sonya is amazing at her job and I did recommend my niece and my sister both and they both go to her. She is so caring and she looks into everything and she researches things and she checks out medicines to see what goes together and what can't go together. She really cares about her patients and she needs to be recognized because I just, I've been going to her for quite some time and She's something special. The only thing that needs looked at is there is no place for someone to put their purse or keys when they get weighed. There was a sign stating things couldn't be placed on the counter. Customers shouldn't have to put their belongings in the floor.

I have been her patient for quite a few years. I always leave feeling like I was seen by a Dr who cares. Sadly lots of times a patient leaves feeling like just a number in a daily quota. I would highly recommend her .

Sonya has always taken the time to go over my test and tries to help me understand what may be going on. I am having some issues that has the doctors stumped and they are not stopping they can figure it out. Sonya is staying in the loop and she is doing a GREAT job!!

My x-rays were not read correctly until radiologists read them, and then provider did not do any follow-up after finding out that bones were broken. Did not offer to help in any way with pain or pain control or what to do for the broken bones.

I like the fact that Sonya doesn't try to rush me. She takes the time to listen to my concerns.

Sonya Caldwell is great and I don't come there unless I can get an appointment with her because I trust her fully and she knows everything about me and she'll answer all my questions and she's very, very helpful. So if you have a lot of employees like her, you're in a great business or you have a great business. So I don't think you could do any better with her. So she's already the best. Thank you.

I felt rushed

I am patients son and accompanied mom with Sonia. She listened carefully to mom and knew her history and recent events at KDMC. She was prompt in completing a health form needed for moms assisted living and providing the help needed to get a handicap plaques. Later she helped with a couple scrips that were overlooked when we transferred mom to assisted living.

Sonya is fantastic. I wish all providers were as attentive, welcoming, and knowledgable as her. She always listens to my concerns and establishes a game plan to address my medical needs.

As always, my experience was positive with my provider and the staff at the facility.

Sonya is a real asset to KDMC. Not only is she good in her profession but she has a very up beat personality. She presents well and listens very closely to your complaints. I have never heard any negative comments about her. Everyone loves her. Need more of her.
