Arrived 15min prior to appointment, wasnt finished until 2hrs after I got there and appointment only last about 6min.

I waited over an hour in the waiting room then another 15-20 mins in the room. He didn't even listen to my lungs.

His office staff is very accommodating to your needs/situation. Every visit I was extremely impressed with them. It's hard to find or encounter anyone (meaning office staff) that is warmhearted and genuine.

They need to get their appointment fixed right. You have to wait too long when they give you an appointment. It's too long a wait after you get your appointment. They need to start changing that better.

Dr Nelson was the provider who took the time to listen to my health issues and took the time to address every question my husband and I had. After several immediate care visits including kings daughters and ER. Dr Nelson prescribed what made me start feeling better within a couple of days. He and his staff are always courteous and professional

The provider had charted basically, he felt like I was an addict because I was on Klonopin and Topamax for migraines, and he knew what medication I needed, but he was reluctant to give me Ritalin for my hypersomnia when I would gladly give up any medication to feel awake, to feel alert. And then he ordered a test and said, follow up in three months. So he totally put off how my hypersomnolence affects my life when I'd like to go back to work, and it's impossible with the current condition.

The whole atmosphere at the doctor's office was happy, and the nurse and the doctor listened very well to your concerns, or the concerns that we had that day, and they adjusted some things because of the concerns that we had, and we were just really, really pleased with how well things went and you're not in there all day, you're in there and out in a timely manner.
