Parking is horrible. Arrive an extra 30 minutes early because of the parking and end up almost late. The last 3 times I have been at that facility, I have had to drive around for over 30 minutes to find a parking place and then I had to walk a long ways to get to the building. I am handicapped and not only was every handicapped place taken, some were double parked with cars sitting sideways or in the middle of the lanes. Parking garage is always full. The lot by the main entrance should be all handicapped and have someone watching. The parking is horrible

It's a well run office, with a knowledge staff. The he only problem I had was the called my previous cardiologist, as opposed to my current one.

I called back about new medicine and lady told me to call insurance. That's not what Sara told me to do so I still have no information on medication because of pilot program on medication.

Yes, I sat in the doctor's office for one hour and a half and I did not see nobody. Nobody. So I got up and left. And I left word that I'd like to talk to someone, but they never did call me back as of today.

I wanted to give a message to Sarah Everman while I was, she was taking care of me for my appointment that thank her for telling me to go to my urologist and get a urine specimen and they called me today. I do have a UTI infection. I had, they said three bacterias in it. So to definitely take my antibiotics and they started me right on it that day and I appreciate that so much to send me there. Yes, we have nothing but only good to say about the office. They're very calm, polite. She took a lot of time with us, very knowledgeable. The front end staff, they were very nice. They helped with everything. It was Allie, Jamie, Dana, and Heather, and Sara was great. She was very efficient with us to answer all of our questions. The only issue we had was she wanted to have another test and they called the scheduler and it can't be until February of next year. So that was the only issue with this appointment. It wasn't nothing to do with the office. It's a scheduling, I guess, whatever. But that's something maybe you could really be looking to. Okay. Thank you. But we love Sara and we love all the staff. Thank you.
