Yes, I had a very good experience. The nurse was excellent. The provider, the hematologist, she was wonderful as well and answered all my questions. I would definitely be back to her and to King's Daughters.

Ms Fraley was wonderful to work with so far. A warm welcome and access to my records at her fingertips made my visit with her reassuring.

While the care I receive is mostly great I do not believe it is professional to be bragging about politics while in the office. Everyone is entitled to their opinions however because of recently find out who this doctor supports I am finding it hard to go back to this provider.

The doctor is very thorough she explains everything to the fullest she takes her time and doesn't rush ya. Couldn't ask for a better Dr she's very knowledgeable very kind and understanding I would refer her to anyone who has to deal with cancer. From 1-10 she's a ?!!!

Labs were collected and I received a call there had been issues with my lab work need to have it redrawn. I returned to the lab had the lab work redrawn the following day. The next day I received a call again there had been another issue and needed redrawn. This was overkill and hard to manage with a full time job.

I really enjoyed seeing Samantha. That was the first time I had saw her and she seemed really nice and made you feel really comfortable.

Yes, I had a problem with the C-scan that I had on my lungs. The girl that put the needle in my arm, she missed the vein and it went under my skin and I was in grossly pain, real bad pain. And I said, stop, stop, bring me out. So she did. And then we waited a minute, she put me back in and the same thing happened. When she shot the contrast into my arm, it went all over my arm and it felt like it was going to drop off. So I said, take me, bring me out, and she did. And then the girl that put the needle in my arm went over and tried it on the other side. And she probably tried two or three times to get it in and finally did. And then I finished my testing.

Check in was a hassle even though I had been there before and was an established patient. Sit in waiting room almost an hour and the receptionist at window i checked in with didn't log me in as there.

She's a good nurse, she's a good doctor, she understands, she listens, and she lets you know everything she's supposed to, checks everything out for you. She's a good person. If I had to, I hope I could get her back again. She's that good. Thank you, and y'all have a good day and bye.
