I was confused during our appointment and gave him the wrong information. When I got home, I realized it and called back in and left a message. Someone called me back from that office so that I could clarify and give the right information. So yes, this is an amazing doctor's office. Thank you and goodbye.

Someone from the staff was supposed to come in and take blood and bring a cup for urine sample. He said "wait right here" in the room. They left me there and everyone went home without me knowing. I waited and waited and finally a man (don't know who he was) heard me coughing still in the exam room And came in and ask if the dr ever saw me and I said yes I'm waiting for bloodwork and that's when he told me everyone had left for the day. I had waited 45-50 min for bloodwork.

Dr Pangan is very thorough and has given me a plan for my care

I feel like Dr. Pangan is a very compassionate physician. I feel like he truly cares about his patients. I did not have any wait time at all from the time I signed in. It might have been five minutes until I was called back, and I probably didn't have another five minutes after they took my vitals before Dr. Pangan came in. He's always very nice and courteous.

EXCELLENT DR AND STAFF

I mentioned that I cannot take diuretics with any of my blood pressure pills. And because for some reason, I'm a profusely bad sweater. And I sweat really bad at the drop of a hat. And diuretic kind of type medicines, you know, within a week or less, I have stopped taking them because for some reason, I lay down at night. I get severe cramps all night long, and they are excruciatingly hard. And last night, yesterday evening, I started my new medicine, Levetitol HCL 200 milligram, and I just took one. And my blood pressure did come down, yes. But three times in the middle of the night, twice in the middle of the night, When I woke up this morning, I was woken up.
