Trustworthy

I have trust issues with the abilities and knowledge of medical personnel. It comes from past experiences. If only appointments could be ten times longer, because this lady is a true professional. My first experience in Rheumatology, and I know that I want no-one other than her. Full confidence in her, but time will tell.

I think everybody was so nice over there. You couldn't ask for better people. But, you know, when you're in pain and everything, the walk-in, I think the walk-in is just horrible. Like, I had to go to labs and get x-rays, and even at Dr. Patricia or Pat Marshall, it's just the walk-in. I'm telling you, you know, when you're hurting in bad shape, the walking's not good. Other than that, everybody was excellent.

Going to the new UK /KD not real clear on the building and the right room and how to access them . They need a shuttle to take those whom can not walk the distance to the right building .Also drive thru at KD hands you a cup to urinate in but gives you no restroom to use .
