Olivia is very nice. Open to any questions or concerns I have about my health. Explains things in a way I can understand. She is making me more appts. with specialist I need to see to further investigate any health issues I may have. My next appt is set and I can call if I need to come sooner or about my medicine. Nice!

I wasn't seen in a timely manner, but I don't think it was her fault. I think they had something going on out there, so I don't fault her for that. Other than that, I think she's a great doctor and she does listen to you and tell you what to do or make suggestions. So I like her and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you.

Well, first of all, I want to say how I appreciate having a doctor like Olivia. She does a really good job and she always puts me at ease and answers all my questions and makes me feel very comfortable. And I would recommend her highly to anybody. And I was pleased with the nurse, just everybody, the people in the office. It's just a good place to go and I'm very thankful for it.

Awesome Doctor and staff. I was sick the day before new years and they squeezed me in and got me medication. Having had cancer twice and worried about lung issues it was a life saver not having to wait until after the holiday .

Yes, the only complaint I have or anybody I know that goes there is you cannot get a hold of that office. It's always on a recorded message, and then sometimes they get back at you. Sometimes it's way late in the evening, and it's too late to do whatever you wanted to ask them about. So they need to take the answer machine off, and those girls in the office need to answer the phone. The doctor and the nurses are excellent. I have no problems with them whatsoever.

Dr. Olivia Keaton DO., Is an amazing person that is truly meant to be a doctor! She's the reason that Dr. have good names! I always feel better after I leave even if I don't "feel better." I'm comfortable and open with her bc she put you at ease. If she doesn't know the answers she will do everything in her power to find the right answer that fits your body! She knows that the same meds doesn't work on everyone. So dr. Will only give certain medicines and she's not like that. If she hasn't worked with it before she will look it up tight there with you snd you learn about it together and then a tart out slow and safe. No one I know has a "Dr. Keaton" like I do. Everyone is super jelly over it too. Bc you don't get this kind of care anymore. I'm and my husband are both blessed to have her apart of our family! She truly is a trailblazer and I believe is going to do big things. I just hope we get to go a long for the ride!!! A++

This was my first visit with Dr Keaton as my previous physician retired. Dr Keaton was very informative & took the time to explain everything. She followed up on my wellness care such as vaccines, mammogram & colonoscopy. I appreciated this. She was very personable. I really like her & trust her with my health care.

Olivia is absolutely amazing. She is consistent every single time that you see her. She does not change, and she's so smart, and she knows everything on your chart. It's the best care that you could give a patient. And then the rest of the staff is hands down top notch. Thank you for everything.

All the staff was very friendly, they apologize for running behind a little bit and even did what they could to make it easier for the doctor to get in to see me period. It was a good visit period.
