And it's really greatly appreciated, and also to the fact that she will try her best to always figure out what's going on with someone. I understand being busy and needing help but I ask for my doctor not a PA. There might be an argument for a different rate for services provided. Not talking about receiving poor or inadequate services but it does raise an argument. There are policies that have a ceiling and should be taken into consideration.

Excellent service

Melissa was helpful as always. Everyone was nice in the office.

The parking lot is awful difficult to maneuver in, the inclined handicap parking make it very dangerous for elderly to get out and into their vehicle. Parking is cramped and the entrance and exit of the facility is dangerous due to the steep descent going out and steep entrance coming into the facility. Also the inclined parking lot in front of the building entrance is very dangerous for elderly to enter and exit the building. Whoever gave the approval to relocate to This facility has no intelligence in elderly access and what dangers their decision imposed. It's a wonder no one has filed a lawsuit under the disability act.

I always like to go to my appointments with Melissa and stuff because she always sits and listens and she doesn't act like she's ever in a hurry and stuff like that, which is really good because to me that is a good provider and someone that shows especially, you know, their interest in what's going on in my life, not just my life, but my health. So I really appreciate that and greatly respect her.

I think she has a very pleasant demeanor and could easily relate to myself. On a couple of occasions, she asked me if I had additional questions and she went into some depth in answering all of my questions. I think she's a huge asset to King's Daughters Medical Center.

It was overall seamless visit. I only had about a 5 minute wait time prior to being seen.I need a prescription refill and she took care of it. She also asked me the prescription that she prescribed was helping. I was also impressed with the new entrance to the hospital.
