This office is top notch, always the best!

Great Doctor and staff

The place is too cold. You need to heat that building up a little bit. I know you keep it cool because of germs, but this is ridiculous as cold as it is in there.

I think Dr. Elkins-Smith is a great doctor. My only problem is I think the waiting room is too small. People sitting in there are too close together. And if someone is sick, it's going to spread it to the whole room, which I do not appreciate. But besides that, she's great. Her nurses are great. I mean, I've been going to her for years. And I did recommend her to somebody yesterday, which shows you how much I appreciate her.

She's an excellent doctor, listens to everything you say. Would highly recommend her.

Dr. Elkins-Smith has ALWAYS listened to me. She answers all my questions. If she would disagree with any question, she tells me why. I'm a nurse, and I don't want to lose her as my doctor. She shows compassion, professionalism, I never feel rushed or that she doesn't know what she's talking about. If I didn't trust her with my life, I wouldn't go to her. She's the best.

So very satisfied with her. I would not go to another family doctor. She has been wonderful, stays on top of everything, and always advises the best for me.

Her office is extremely far to get to. Fortunately, the staff come down and got me in a wheelchair and took me up and brought me back down. It would be nice if you have people downstairs at valet that could do that for you because I was unable to have any family come with me. And normally where she was before, I didn't have any trouble getting in or out of the office. That's not the case now. So it would be helpful if that could be sort of arranged or fixed. Thank you so much.

Dr Elkins-Smith is absolutely wonderful!! I have been seeing her for many years and I have a complicated medical condition sometimes due to gastric bypass in 2004! She keeps up with all my bloodwork and takes her time listening to me every single visit..OH and I cannot say enough positive things about her staff they are just as amazing!!

Dr. Elkham-Smith is the best she could possibly be. She's knowledgeable. She knows my history. She remembers all medications, easy to talk to, friendly, and takes time whenever I need it. She's the best yet.

Okay, I have been with the doctor for many, many years and I can tell you she is the top. She is at the top of her profession and she is just a number one. That's all I can say. She has been since I've been with her. So that's all I can say that she is a number one.

The staff is kind and helpful. The front office is cold. The follow-up paperwork is thorough. I wish there was a lab for bloodwork on site. The reminder call before my appt is helpful. I never feel rushed by staff.
