Very good experience meeting Lisa and establishing care with her. I wish uk kings daughters allowed more time for providers to see patients instead of 15 minute slots and cramming in as much patients as possible. Not saying this is what happened with Lisa but I've encountered it with numerous other providers for KDMC. It should be about patient care and not about how many patients can we get into the schedule. Lisa was wonderful and her nurse I'm very glad I established with her.

She always listens intently to what I'm telling her, always takes me seriously..and reacted quickly to the symptoms I was talking to her about. Before seeing her I didn't go to the dr for years because it was as if I was never heard..I always had to fight to be heard or taken seriously. No one knows my body better than I do and I will know quicker than anyone else that something doesn't feel right. Although I downplayed my symptoms to her saying that I'm probably just lazy or out of shape..she asked me if she could do some bloodwork just to make sure. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. It means so much to me that I have finally found a caregiver that truly seem to care about my health as much as I do!!

Lisa is an amazing provider. That's one reason I will call and wait to be seen if I have to. But the office knew how serious my condition was and brought me right in to which I was able to be seen immediately. Without this quick intervention in my health I could have ended up admitted to the hospital.

My previous doctor's appointment was running long and they just let me show up ASAP(which turned out to be half an hour later). No fuss. No muss. Since I am no longer able to drive this could have gone quite poorly...but it did not.
