Office staff and provider were very nice and pleasant. I have been seeing them since 2010. Will not go anywhere else.

I've been seeing Dr Frederick for about 20yrs and have always been impressed with him and his staff always treated me with great care, respect and kindness! I will continue to be under his care!

The entire staff is so kind and helpful. I won't see anyone but her , have for years.

I think that Libbia is excellent and love her as a provider. She is always really personable and is always informative and caring. My experience on this date has nothing to do with the provider, just maybe a timing issue. I know emergencies happen and I am understanding to that however I was left undressed for almost an hour and that was frustrating. If I was going to be waiting this long, I would have preferred that I would have been dressed. I feel like timing was an issue on the date of my appointment. I understand emergencies happen and waiting isn't the issue, but maybe work on better timing so that patients aren't left undressed in a cold room for such an extended period of time.

Libbia was exceptionally personable, laughed when the gown wouldn't sateen and fixed it by changing gowns. It was a very pleasant experience if you could label a gynecology visit pleasant. Thank you.

Libbia is very thorough and always shows genuine concern when I'm there with her. She never rushes me, and I truly appreciate that. She's a great provider and very good at her job. That's why I continue seeing her.

Libbia is very thorough and always acts concerned about you whenever you're in there with her. She doesn't rush me out and I appreciate that and I just love her to pieces. She's a good, whatever she is, PA. I don't know what her exact title is, but she's very good at her job. That's why I keep seeing her after all these years.

All those should be fours. I accidentally hit a one. She was absolutely amazing and very friendly and kind.

The doctor was very thorough & explained everything to where we can understand. He was wonderful. We had a great experience with the doctor. He's very caring & helpful as well.

I was treated for ear wax , I was in and out rather quickly. I will recommend him to anyone who asks about ENT

She was very knowledgeable about what was going on, but I feel like how she approached the situation could have been better. I was thrown off guard with the outcome of the appointment and just feel like there could have been a better approach to how she spoke to me not knowing anything was going on and then being told I was being sent to a specialist and not even knowing anything was going on after just being told by the ultrasound tech that everything looked good, got the pictures we needed, and the Dr should be pleased with everything. It's not her fault the tech said that, but for her to instantly come in and say we were being referred to a specialist with no idea what was going on was very upsetting.

I found the visit to be very informative. She went over all of my pros and cons of surgery. Got me added to the schedule the day before and I had surgery today and everything went great and I highly recommend her. Thank you so much for your outstanding service.

Some of front staff was a bit rude and let me stand at the counter for several minutes before another patient informed me that we had to sign the paper on the clip board. There was no signs letting patients know that.
