She is the best! She will take time to listen to you and figure out what's the best plan to help you. She makes sure if you need her before your next appointment to just call the office and they will get you in as soon as possible. She cares about her patients. In this day, it's hard to find a Dr. that will take the time to listen to you, but, she will.

Kristina Wilburn is the absolute best ever.

I have to continually ask for short term prescriptions (antibiotics) to please go local pharmacy and 90 day to go to mail order. My controlled medicine that I get 1x a year to be written out...but it never happens. This is my 4-5x with this issue since becoming a patient. This shouldn't be a conversation I have to have every time. And (this time...still) after 3 requests it hasn't been resolved. I am at a loss as to why it is confusing. Short term meds...local. 90 day...mail order. During the visit my concerns were not addressed. The only time I had any attention was to listen to my heart / lungs. And the student did that. I listened to their time in school together. Their relationship, but that was it. That's all they discussed. Them. I am there to get help with my health concerns...not to listen about their relationship. No offense. I don't care. I want care. Prescriptions. And to move along. I brought up a concern. They glanced my way. Said yep they noticed. Then said they'd send in an rx. No evaluation. No questions about my symptoms. Nothing! But after 5 days I am still asking for the medication to PLEASE be sent into a local pharmacy because my mail order pharmacy doesn't accept short term rx's. I am at a loss. Very very disappointed. Healthcare has gone down the tubes!!

I have to say that Kristina Wilburn is a vital and exceptional part of Kings Daughters. I've had/have a complex medical history and when switching providers, it can be scary.
