I absolutely love Dr. Rice. She takes her time with you and listens to everything you have to say. She's got a really good demeanor and I really like her a lot. She's a good doctor.

Yes, my appointment was scheduled for 11 o'clock. I walked into the lobby at 11 o'clock. No patients in the lobby at all. I sat there until 11:30, which I got up, went to the front desk, and asked how much longer I would be seen. She went back, the receptionist went back and got a nurse, and I was seen. The nurse called me back to a room after setting 30 minutes past appointment time with no patients. Very upset.

The visit was very good. Everyone, even the nurses, all very polite and nice. Thank you.

Dr. Rice is amazing. Some of my answers were not accurate. She's really the best doctor that I've ever taken my grandson to. I'd recommend her to anybody.
