she carefully listened to me, paid attention to me (and my husband, lol). I like her alot. One thing came up, neither one of us knew what happened to the former Bellefonte Hospital records and that is relevant because a lot of my former medical issues had been handled by Bellefonte Hospital and no one can access those. Something to check on. I was very well treated by all the staff.

I arrived early for my appointment. I got in super quick! P A Mallin is wonderfull! She listens, not in a hurry to rush me out the door. I feel so comfortable with her as my P.A. She Rocks!

The nurse prac I saw was one of the best nurse pracs I've ever had. She was compassionate and empathetic. She was very caring and she was very joyful and it made the appointment a pleasure.

My wait time in exam room was exceptionally long compared to previous visits. The staff had a patient that needed transport to the hospital. I understand why there was a delay on why the practitioner was held up. Over all great experience

She seems very experienced and knowledgeable about my condition and is open to any questions about my condition. However, as this is all new to me there always seem to be the question I should have asked before leaving.

Yes, I'd like to say that I was in the waiting room, number three, for almost an hour before the doctor come, but she explained to me that there was emergency, but it looked like someone could have come and told me that that was what the reason they didn't see me sooner. That's it. Goodbye.

The one nurse that came in and talked to me, told me what was going on, was really nice and everything, informed me of everything. Then the other one that came in that took me back there, and then the one that done the procedure and stuff was one very informational, didn't branch out, seemed to me like in kind of a hurry, and didn't explain things very well. But the other one that came in and talked to me before I left was, like I say, came in earlier was very nice and informational. Thank you.

On all the exams I've had, these annual exams, sometimes I've had two exams a year, you know, years ago. You always did a physical exam, you always checked the prostate. There was nothing like that this time. I just took a urine sample and got the PSA test and that was it. Just asked a few questions and nothing else. So I thought that was unusual since I Had these checkups for years now, and this is the first time where I do sit down and talk. So maybe I'll do something. Might catch something I don't know about, but that's it.

I was very distraught upon hearing what was going on with myself, and I was crying, and I asked my provider for a hug, and she said definitely and gave me a hug. She then proceeded to hug me as we walked down the hallway, and then she hugged my hand, period. Her compassion was absolutely amazing, and it was exactly what I needed at that time.

Had issues drawing blood from me. She didn't seem very confident.
