I love my dr. she is always so kind and listens to all my concerns.

Julie is an exceptional provider. She listens, she cares, and she wants to do whatever she can to help you with your issues, with your problems, with your health concerns. She doesn't care for you to contact her as many times as you need to with as many questions as you may have. I would highly recommend her and can't think of another provider that I would recommend other than Julie.

There's only one thing that could improve the experience of seeing my rheumatology nurse practitioner, Julie Eastep. She's wonderful and she listens and she remembers things or has reviewed them before I see her, at least somehow she seems to just remember, but she knows what's going on with me. She answers all my questions, never makes me feel rushed. And the staff is very nice, too. Everything is great, except the location doesn't provide valet parking. And like most rheumatology patients, I have difficulty walking. I don't have any difficulty driving, so I drive myself. The parking, getting from the parking lot up that slight incline, which is not much of an incline

She is always great about listening to me. Also she always makes sure that I know about any new treatments that are available.

Dr. Julie Estep is, by far, the best rheumatologist I have ever seen. She listens very carefully and is never dismissive or condescending, as some tend to be. She is truly a caring professional and I recommend her to all my friends who need a rheumatologist.

Julie is awesome as always. Her nurse was absolutely wonderful. Everything was great except I can't get my blood work done in her office. I have to go to another floor and to another office to do that and that's very inconvenient. I feel like people that have rheumatology needs such as myself, it's hard for me to walk extra and yet I have to go extra to get lab work that I am required to have. She needs a lab in her office.

Julie is definitely one of the best. I would recommend her to anyone. She listens and she cares and she does everything she can do to help you. And I just can't say enough good things about her. But I definitely would recommend her to anyone. Thank you.

Julie asked numerous question about my health and how I feel or felt. She carefully listened to my responses and recorded our conversation Incase she felt she would need to refer to it. She asked my opinion about my health what could possibly help. What I really appreciated was that she took time to gain info and provide feedback. I now definitely trust her to care for my health. After completing bloodwork, she contacted me via MyChart about the results and our next steps in treatment. After 7 months of appointments with various health care professional, I finally feel that I will be able to regain my health.

I love Dr. Julie Estep. I love the way they treat me. The only thing is the new system about getting blood work that they cut you off at 11.45 and then you have to go to another place to get blood work. That's the only thing that I think could be improved on. But as far as her, she's awesome. Thanks, bye.

I'm very satisfied with the care I get from Julie Estep. No complaints regarding her and the team I interact with there. However, the new location is not handicap accessible for independent people who have disabilities. The walk from the parking are to the lobby is very problematic for someone like me who has difficulty walking or standing for the length of that distance. Please have valet parking put in place ASAP.
