Dr. Brinkman was very knowledgeable about my condition, made me feel at ease and explained everything. He and the staff were all very kind and pleasant.

Everyone from the staff at the front desk, Dr. Brinkman and even their scheduling staff for my upcoming surgery and follow-up were super helpful and informative. They all did a fantastic job. I have been taking my son to this group for a few years prior and I have to say it's one of the most well run doctor's offices that I've ever been to.

This was my first visit to Dr. Brinkman. He explained what he was going to do. Showed me the instrument he was going to use. Talked to me during the procedure about what to do and not do regarding my ears.

The practice manager worked me in within a day; the total experience from beginning to end was top notch. Registration staff was extremely friendly, Dr. Brinkman's nurse is always pleasant and thorough, and Dr. Brinkman is amazing! My grand kids are patients there and they love him. I would highly recommend this office!

Excellent doctor and staff. Very friendly and performed good exam quickly. I came here because Dr. Brinkman found my sons ear issue and referred to Peds ENT .. that saved my sons ability to smile and hear.

He's a really gd Dr. it took me awhile to get back n to him. I didn't want to c anyone else. He really helped me yrs ago

The only complaint I have is being asked to arrive early for paperwork and such and then having to wait an additional hour or longer before being roomed and then seeing the physician.. I work in Healthcare and know that at times things arise and you have to wait longer than usual. I hope our follow-up does not go the same way as some of us have to schedule time off for appointments.

He is a phenomenal doctor, right on his toes, straightforward and always honest. We would definitely trust him with our lives.

The doctor was very rude. He had decided what was wrong with me before walking in the room. He came in and immediately started telling me I didn't have an ear infection before even looking at my ear. He wouldn't let me get a word in. He talked down to me the entire time. He acted like I'd be mad that he told me I didn't have an ear infection. As if I care about having an ear infection? I just wanted to know what was wrong with me and he never gave me a solid answer. He just went with the first option that involved me not being under his care. He did nothing to actually help my pain. He was easily the rudest doctor I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. On top of all of that, he ordered a hearing test for no reason at all. He told me my ears were perfectly fine, and I never complained about my hearing. Why would I need a hearing test if nothing is wrong with my ears? Why would I want to pay for a hearing test for no reason?

I see Dr Brinkman to have earwax removed so most questions don't apply. I like Dr Brinkman very much , always personable and professional and gets the job done. The receptionists and nursing staff are great

I really appreciate that Dr. Brinkman listened to me and cared about what was going on for my diagnosis. I had been to multiple ENTs out of state prior in the last four years, and he was very well, he would listen to me. He did testing on me to see what was actually going on. So I truly appreciate that. And also on the fourth question of the survey, I accidentally hit two, it should have been four. So if you could just change that in the system, I'd appreciate it. Thank you very much.
