The staff did a great job, everyone was thorough with all details of my medical history & follow up procedures that were initiated! Appreciated that I was able to be seen before scheduled appointment, truly took the time to fit in all of the procedures that I needed!

I thought a provider had 15 minutes to be in a room with a patient, not even five minutes. I was just wondering.

She was right up front with me. She told me what was wrong and how to take some medicine that I didn't know nothing about. She always been, good to lead me in the right direction about taking my medicine and what to do. Thank you.

Yes, I take my aunt to Jodi Conley because my aunt is disabled and wheelchair-bound. And Jodi Conley listens to everything we have to say, talks us through everything, explains things very clearly. And she's extremely nice and is very prompt, gets right on it. If we tell her something's going on, she starts checking on everything immediately. And she's just an amazing doctor and very appreciative of what she does for my aunt. Thank you.

Professional and comprehensive

Jodi and her team are truly amazing. I have finally gotten answers to my health issues thanks to her and her team and I highly recommend them. Thank you for all you do and going above and beyond.

I'm not necessarily saying everything that she told me I like to hear, but it was very informative. She's very laid back. She knows how to talk to people. The nurses that took care of me and took my blood, it didn't hurt at all. They're excellent at doing that. I didn't even feel it. Intake was good. The wait time, I had an appointment. The wait time was three or four minutes over when they told me it was going to be, which is nothing. And Dr. Jodi, we laughed and cut up, and when she got down to business, she got down to business. And I appreciate it. Everything she told me was factual. And I've never had anyone like that as far as healthcare in my life like that. So I trust her with my life. And if she says do it, I'm going to do everything I can.

Jodi is an amazing P.A. I don't like going to the doctor's office but I enjoy seeing Jodi.

They need experienced pheblotomist, no one likes blood work, at least have one who can do the job.

My visit was very good. I trusted her with whatever she said and I trust her. And she was really good to me explaining stuff.

I appreciate the fact that you worked me in even though I didn't have an appointment until next week. I really needed to be seen and it was awesome to be worked in and to have been spent quality time and trying to figure out what was going on in my neck. Jodi takes good care of me

I went there for suboxone program I called made an appointment and was told that it was able to be prescribed there so I took a day off of work and everything when I got there they refused to treat me after me telling them a severe opioid adding just coming out of prison I have already relapsed I was needing help the appointment was made just for this reason and was told on the phone that they could help they did not

20 minutes before my appointment. I got called in good by my appointment time, but I sat there for 30 minutes before I ever got to see anybody. So I was there for at least an hour trying to get to see the doctor. My time is valuable as anybody else's. Thank you.

Just appreciate the opportunity to be seen by a local provider who has been part of our community and continues to be part of the community. We don't worry about Jodi calmly leaving Grayson since this is her hometown. So that's most important to me to found a provider that is long, long for the area. So thank you for that. And thank you for the opportunity to be seen by those at UK Kings Otter.
