Very thorough and caring Dr. listened to what I had to say and concerned about my health.

When I checked in for my appointment, the lady helping me was very nice. The nurse who saw me before the doctor was wonderful, so very nice. I absolutely LOVED Dr Collins. She was amazing and so down to earth. The only downfall of my visit was when I checked out. The person who checked me out was one of the rudest people I've ever met. She cut me off and talked over me the entire time. She chomped her gum and was disgusting. I did not appreciate how she treated me. Just rude in how she spoke to me.

She was a very good provider. First time I saw her. And I'm going back to her in two weeks. So I liked her really well. Thank you.

Doctor was very efficient and answered all my questions

Yes, I had a very pleasant experience. I had met Dr. Collins. This was the first time and she was cleaning the borders of a basal cell carcinoma and the girls that helped with her, the nurses, they were very nice too. It was a very pleasant experience for sure. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

Way too long to get in to see the dermatologist

I want to tell you, it was a good experience. It was quick, in and out, very effective, her and the practitioner maybe, is who it was. The three girls that I had, done excellent work, kept me informed with everything I needed to know. I'm cancer free, which is a godsend. Thank you.

Dr. Collins is very thorough. She checks what she needs to check without saying, well, she goes on and does it. That's very good. The only bad thing, I do not like your new location. I do not like the parking. Your better location was back across from the dry cleaners. I hope you get to move back there instead of moving her up there on 29th Street. She belongs back there on Central, I believe is where it was.

When I went and saw both the medical assistant who roomed me and the doctor who saw me, they did not introduce themselves. I think it's very important to start a visit off, especially when it is your first time meeting a provider, that they tell you their name. So this is some feedback I would like to pass along so that in future visits they would introduce themselves to their new patients.

I really liked Dr. Collins. She was very personable, very professional, as was the whole staff. They were all check-in easy. It was all good. The only thing that I would say that you could do better is to not have to wait so long for an appointment. That's just me. All right. Thank you.

Well, I must say first, I highly recommend better healthcare professionals in this office and building to falsely and or any health records is a felony or at least it's illegal to my knowledge. And I highly recommend spell check and rereading over your notes before submitting any documentation or even listening better to the person talking when they say they're using homeopathic medicine and that no medicine has been administered in the last eight to ten weeks and then reporting that

I was really embarrassed before I came in and talked to her and had a lot of stuff just going on in my mind about what is going on, what's the condition that I have, and I just truly appreciate her making me feel more noticed and not I'm embarrassed about this and she clearly took my care into consideration and took me very seriously with all the questions that I asked and that my mom asked as well. And I just truly appreciated everything that she done for me.

Dr Collins gave me options on treatment of my condition and she did not pressure me into one certain treatment. The staff also was attentive to my needs and made me feel comfortable. As a self pay patient Dr Collins also gave me a Good RX card that reduced my prescription from $163 to $38 and I was very appreciative of that.

You can look at my records and tell. But there was a lot more done with Dr. Collins. She checked me out. I didn't leave aggravated. Yeah, I went in there aggravated, but I left more satisfied.
