During my visit with the orthopedic center, I was really hoping for a different outcome than what I had previously dealt with in the past with my primary care doctor to get help with an issue that I've been dealing for five to six years now. And I really didn't get any more information than what I had from day one. I wish we could have went further more into imaging to get to the bottom of what is causing me to not be able to walk around and be in pain all the time. That's all.

Jeremy is fantastic when it comes to my care and treatment plans. He takes the time to listen and understand what is going on. Need more Physician Assistants like him!!

We felt like we were rushed and left not really knowing much more than when we went in. Questions were asked but my answers were dismissed. I seriously doubt I will go back for my follow up

Provider was polite. But in my opinion did not give valid reasons as to why he declined to inject the ball of my foot regarding cleanliness of the site. It was a useless trip.

I've seen Jeremy Kaltenbach and the entire time I met with him. He was very short, very rude, and would cut me off, did not listen to me, and did not know anything about my past medical history. I felt very unseen and very unheard.

He doesn't make you feel rushed. He gives you the attention that you need. Great provider. Highly recommend. Appreciate everything that he does.

The staff was great and the Dr answered all my questions and gave me a through check. Informed me as to what to expect for the future and what should be done now. I'm very appreciative of his professionalism and now know what to do!

I did not appreciate that when my daughter's height was taken, it was with her shoes on. The provider explained the reason was that they are not trying to track her growth, but I still feel like it's not an accurate representation of her height. The front office staff was very friendly.

Received an injection in my right knee and I didn't even feel it. Jeremy did a great job.

I felt he was a little condescending and in a rush to get out but did let me know what was wrong and what to do.

Well, I really didn't know the doctor my first time there, and it was a quick visit. So I'm hoping my next visit will be a little bit more easygoing and more able to answer and figure out what's going on with me. But otherwise, he did a pretty good job. Thanks.

Jeremy was a wonderful provider. He was so good with our daughter. He helped her and advised us on what would be the best care for her. He really is a wonderful provider. He's an asset to your establishment, and we're thankful for him.

The orthopedic department is top notch. Very, very good. Very on time. Didn't have to wait any at all. Very nice.

So there was some confusion because the radiologist who read the x-ray noted no fractures. However, Jeremy identified what appeared to be a fracture. I then went to FOMC in Portsmouth, which is closer to where I live, and they confirmed there was definitely a fracture. So a little disappointing that it wasn't identified in the initial examination.
