Blood screening was not even brought up and the fact I stopped a prescription she didn't even ask

Good visit!

My appointment was for 11:20. I did not see the doctor until 12, maybe 25, although the LPN brought me into the room after about 30 minutes. And I understand that there are lots of pressures, but my general impression was everybody, or at least the staff, maybe not the doctors, were more interested in lunch than they were in anything else. I was extremely disappointed because I was I have to wear a monitor, heart monitor, and that's fine, but I needed more careful instruction. And again, I understand that people are busy and everything, so I don't, but I just think that it's important to help someone who's never done this, you know. And I've read the materials, I know what I'm doing now, and I've talked to people who have monitors themselves, so that's better. But this is the first time I've ever put in a real ?

I have already sent an email to patient correspondence about how terrible of an appointment this was. she did not seem to care at all, was massively behind, and was lacking in empathy and did not want to listen to me about how my symptoms were ruining my day to day life. I will not be returning to her care or kings daughters ever again.

Dr. Listerman has been my doctor for many years now and she has my trust because of her competence and friendly manner dealing with her patients.

Jennifer Leslie is the goodest doctor in the world.

No one was rude to me. No one made me feel stupid. Everyone was very patient with me, even though I had a lot of questions and I was very, very confused at first with what was going on. Everyone was very kind and patient with me and explained everything extensively multiple times and put up with me in a very nice and kind way. And they were very thorough in explaining everything. And yeah, I think that everyone was really, really great and kind and extraordinarily patient.

The doctor didn't know much about the reading of my loop recorder. Talked over every time I said something. Very rude

Dr Listerman is a kind and compassionate Physician

I felt that my doctor was very abrup. While she was answering my question she had her hand on the door to leave.

The only problem I had with this visit was trying to find a place to park. My legs go numb if I have to walk very far. People that don't have a handicap plate or placard on their windshield usually park in a handicap spot.

She's one of the best and I was seen real quick.

I would recommend Jennifer to anyone. She's very thorough and she knows what she's doing. She reads everything before she ever sees me and knows what I mean and I appreciate that greatly. Thank you.

Yes, I was not at all impressed. We were told when we checked in that she was late that morning, so she was running behind and trying to catch up, which I'm sure is why we were very, very rushed. My husband was in there with me and we could not believe she barely touched the stethoscope to me, like one, maybe one and a half seconds on each side of my neck, very, very quickly on my chest and then very quickly on my stomach. She did not listen to my heart at all and that's a cardiologist. So will not plan to go back to her. I do have a follow-up scheduled, but I will be scheduling that with another doctor. I was trying to ask questions and she stood at the door with her hand on the doorknob rushing to get out. So, you know, we waited an hour past our, we were 15 minutes early, waited an hour past our appointment.

I don't know if I pressed the right buttons or not, but my visit, everything was perfect. Just simply perfect.

Yes, Dr. Listerman is a wonderful doctor. She's personable. She knows all about your health and how she can help improve you. She'll answer any question that you ask her and her staff are really top-notch. They just get you in and out of there and you still get to say everything that you want to say or ask about. I wouldn't go to any other doctor besides her for my care.

Yes, the only thing that I can say other than what I already answered is that the doctor, as I remember, did not check my heartbeat. I don't know whether that's the correct procedure or not, but I would think that a heart doctor would check your heartbeat. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's the only thing I could see wrong with any of it.

The nurses are fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better care. Jennifer Listerman is all over it. A patient can perceive when a physician has studied their case. Her answers are specific to my situation and not generic to a" range "of persons. I really appreciate their care. Great team!!

She's a real good doctor.

I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be called back (I checked in online and arrived 35 minutes early so I ended up waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes total) and then I had to wait about 10 minutes before the doctor came into the room.

I was deeply concerned about the visit. Since i was listening to friends and acquaintances about my Echo. My son was the only one that tried to alleviate my concerns. (he is a neurosurgeon in Indiana) he said oh Mom she will probably just tell you to take a baby aspirin. Well, he started off with the "Doctor Speak" and then would look me right in the face and say "now let me tell you in normal talk what that means". We have a Plan and it isn't a baby aspirin! Will follow up with her in 90 days. Oh, by the way I told my son all about the visit and he said "he and the doctor are two peas in a pod".

I walked out of my doctor with a pulse, and I wasn't waking up looking at daisies under me. So I guess it went good.

Dr. Listerman always arrives to my patient room with a smile and remembers my family history. I totally trust her with my cardiac care.

My visit with her followed a hospital stay at Cavill, and she was sending after the records and things for that, and would let me know when she got them. Until then, there's not a whole lot that we can do. Thank you.

The time of the appointment was great. I got in there 15 minutes early. They took me in early. I was walking out at the time that my appointment was supposed to be. I was back in my car and back home in no time. Really appreciate the efficiency of the office. Dr. Listerman is very professional and keeps me updated on everything. Really would take mentor to anybody.

It was absolutely an above average appointment

This was a very frustrating and upsetting experience. I had questions/concerns about my recent hospitalization, labwork, and test results, but Dr. Listerman was unwilling to discuss any of this. She actually cut me off saying my heart cath was the only test that mattered. She prescribed me a statin and when I asked about side effects for this drug, she was a bit flippant. This appointment felt like the medical version of a "drive-thru".

I just want to say Dr. Listerman is a very good doctor and if it wasn't for her and the staff that's there, I probably wouldn't be here today, three years ago or two, two or three years ago when I had my heart attack. I'm very appreciative of the hospital and team shelters and their whole staff. I just wanted to take a minute to tell everyone, I really appreciate everything you've done for me. Thank you.

I prefer the medical staff at KDH over Huntington hospitals.

Yeah, she's a 10 all through the book. I accidentally pushed the wrong one on a couple of them. But she's a 10 all the way in my book. She's a good doctor.

First of all, Dr. Listerman, amazing. The bad thing is the Ironton Family Care Clinic is horrible for handicap, for a wheelchair to get in and out, there's one door that opens automatically, the rest of them, you're on your own. That's very hard to push someone in and out, it's bumpy, the sidewalk is just horrible. If they could fix that, it would be perfect. But those doors not swinging open automatically, don't help anyone pushing someone in a wheelchair by themselves. That's all.

Everything was great except for 1 thing. When the doctor first came in and started to talk to me her phone rang. She stopped and answered it and got up and walked out of the room. She was gone for 20 minutes before coming back in. She apologized when she came back in. But she should have had someone let me know that it could take a few minutes before she would be back. I do understand that as the on call doctor she has to take those calls. I just feel like the communication could have been better.

I just didn't think she'd spent enough time with me. I was only in there and talked to her about five minutes, and I didn't understand everything. She seemed to be in an awful hurry.
