Yes, I went to Jenny and I've been with Jenny for quite a few years, about 14 years, and I wouldn't trade her. She's very good with me, she knows me, she knows what I'm thinking, she knows how I'm feeling, and she explains everything to me. You know, there's a, I've gotta get some more medicine, different, you know, some medicine, and then when she changes the medicine, she explains everything to me. I've got to get, like I say, my pharmacy forgot a couple medicines, and so we called Jenny, and they put it in her inbox. That's how quick she is. So I will pick it up Tuesday. But there is nothing any better than Jenny. She is one of the most fantastic people I've ever met. She's got a heart, and she cares. And she always looks up everything. I mean, if she doesn't know the answer, she'll find it.

Okay. The only thing I didn't understand is my insurance changed for no reason. I will have to contact, you know, higher ups, but that's going to change things because I would have had to cancel my appointment. I mean, I got this huge bill, but my insurance didn't cover me yesterday. And that's odd because it's never done that in the history of me having that for several years. Thank you.
