Cannonsburg primary care is the best in all of KDMC. They really care about their patients they make you feel comfortable.

Anytime I come there to that place, the staff always makes me feel welcome. The nurse is very knowledgeable and Dr. Janie Estepp is highly recommended. I recommend her to all my friends and families.

Dr. Estepp takes more time with me and really figures out problems better than any physician I've ever seen. She always sees me in a timely manner and I know that she never puts her patients second. She always goes full force and I would never trust my health care to anyone else.

This was my first visit with Jayne and I'm thankful I chose to see her as my PCP. She took her time and listened to everything I had to say. She went over my medical history and records thoroughly and answered any question I had. Her nurse was also wonderful. They are a fantastic team.

I went to the Urgent Care on that date and was transferred to primary care. This was fortunate for me being that J. Estepp is my family doctor. She had the problem diagnosed quickly and come up with a treatment plan that has worked well. I'm sure I would have received the same quality care with Urgent care but seeing my doctor was welcomed.

She makes me feel very heard, listened to, cared about even. And I don't dread going to the doctor's office like I usually do in other offices because I know she's gonna be very respectful and kind. She comes at everything with compassion and I just really appreciate her.

Dr. Estepp goes above and beyond to find out how she can help you. She is very professional in what she does. I really appreciate it. Her nurse Sheri is a nurse like no other. She comes in with a smile and a positive attitude. She goes above her duty to make you comfortable while you are waiting on the doctor.

They need to improve when you call to get an appointment. The people that answer the phone, I sit 15 minutes waiting to try to get an appointment. So they need to improve that.
