I am so glad that Dr. Strader and her team take care of me and my wife. Thank you for all uou do for us.

The provider used DAX, recorded the visit. My understanding is they need to ask and get approval, not walk in the room and tell me they're using it. And I have an issue with that. I also have an issue with waiting 45 minutes in the room for the provider from the scheduled time.

I love coming to Jane Strader's office. She's very knowledgeable of my care and my problems that I have and her staff is wonderful.

Dr. Strader is not one of those doctors that just run in and back out. She actually takes time to listen to you and suggest and/or explain everything to you. I really like her as my provider because she is very professional yet down to earth.

Yes, this was my first visit at the new office. The office was very nice. The girls up front were nice. The nurse, Amber, was wonderful. The only thing is the rooms, I guess, as I'm used to being in the other office with all the windows and lots of outside light that encourages people to open more, it was kind of sad. The rooms were kind of sad. just not the same atmosphere that they were in before. Thank you.

I do not like the new office that you put Dr. Strader in. It's dirty, or it appears dirty. It's dark. There is no light. It needs windows. If you don't, aren't really sick when you go in there, you're gonna feel sick when you're sitting there in the room and there's no windows. I don't know why they made a move, but it's terrible. If you all could get windows in the rooms, that certainly might help.

Dr. Strader is wonderful. She listens. She's pleasant. She does not make any judgment, but very, very helpful. We need more doctors like her.

I was just going to say, Dr. Strader's been my doctor since 2014, and in my opinion, she's a very good doctor, and I just think she's a good doctor. She does listen to me, and very helpful.

Scheduling my follow-up appointment was a little difficult with the girl. They wanted to put my follow-up out in September, and I needed it sooner because I was getting a punch biopsy. So, that's all.
