Dr. Kasey is very thorough assessing your health status, needs and forming a plan of action. He looks at the whole picture and not just your kidney function. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kasey has helped me get my blood pressure down to a normal range. After taking at least 4 different medications from my family doctor with numerous side effects and no significant change in my blood pressure, Dr. Kasey now has me on two meds that have my blood pressure at 116/74. A huge difference from 166/106.

There is clearly a lack of coordination of scheduling his appointments and the time that he actually gets to see his patients. There needs to be a reconciliation of the scheduled appointment time to best meet the actual time that a patient is seen by the provider. This is not the only time I have experienced this since UK has taken over KDMC. It happened again in cardiology. Clearly the providers are spending more time with their patients causing the patient that he or she sees having to wait over an hour and a half in a treatment room, never getting to see the provider. I left. My time is just as valuable as the providers time without patients you wouldn't need a provider. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to scheduling.
