From diagnosis to treatment was really a life changing procedure, I didn't understand what Afib actually felt like until after an ablation and as soon as I woke up I knew something was different and I felt good

Everything went well with the appointment. I will say the nurse who triaged me did not seem friendly. I didn't have active problems, but I was referred because I had had chest discomfort about 3 weeks prior - however her facial expression felt judgmental made it seem like I shouldn't be there when I told her this; almost as if she was disappointed that I didn't have active issues.

Great heart doctor! Thoroughly went over all my symptoms and took great care of me while I was in the hospital and the office visit was great as well. He does a good job explaining the procedures he's going to do and then the follow up care - would highly recommend.

We both really liked that he took the time to explain to us exactly what was going on with my husband's health in a way that we could understand it. It was very refreshing.

The person that checked me in in my follow up appt. . I think it was the second door from the left on cardio floor. She was so rude. I almost walked away. The way she greeted me was ugly.

Yes, I would just like to say that I was very pleased with Dr. Hirzallah. He listened attentively. He makes sure that you understand what he's talking about. He follows through well. He's very kind and considerate and professional. So I definitely want to continue using him as my provider. The things that I have noticed that could be improved upon are the scheduling. Sometimes it's really hard when you're left a message to get back a hold of people in scheduling to get to where you need to go. I use other doctors in King's Daughters also. And the billing procedure is somewhat difficult. I will receive bills before it's even submitted to my insurance company. So those are the only two complaints that I have.
