The nurses station was loud with laughter and rock music. I could hear the sounds in the exam room with the door closed. How can the dr concentrate in that environment? Is there a manager in that office to keep decorum?

Dr. Trinidad and his staff have always been fantastic to me. No matter where I go and I'm with the VA, I choose to have community care so that if I need to see an orthopedic surgeon, I can see Dr. Trinidad.

My wife and I have both been to Dr. Trinidad not only on one occasion, because I know things happen, but we can't get in there without spending less than an hour. We spend more time waiting on him than what we do in there in the office with him. It's just been, it's chronic. So that's something that definitely needs to change.

I waited an hour and 20 minutes for my appointment, which is too long.

I was put in a room and waited over an hour to be seen. I heard other patients come and go in the room next to mine. I felt like a number, not a patient.

I cannot thank Dr. Trinidad, all other doctors, nurses etc for the fantastic care I received w both of my knee replacements. Every opportunity I het I brag on him and staff at KDOH. Having my knees replaced was best decision I could have ever made. Im just sorry I waited so long.

It was great experience compared to many other people.

I feel that Dr. Trinidad did not take my problem with my hips serious. He would not listen. He would over talk me. He answered in a sense to where it was he listened just to answer instead of listening to what was actually wrong with me. When I would try to present any details on what was going on with me, He immediately over-talked me and interrupted me. Extremely unprofessional.

I didn't have to wait at all in the waiting room. They were very polite. They took me right in. They answered any questions that I had, and they understood everything that I was trying to tell them that was wrong with me. And I have nothing but highly respect for the secretary, the doctor, and the nurse practitioner that come in with him or his help or whatever she was The x-ray people were awesome and they seen exactly what my pain was. And I really appreciate them taking me in or just in on a walk in. So I recommend anyone to go to him. Thank you and have a blessed day.

perhaps help that doctor's office with working with workers comp at the state of Ohio because this has taken forever and it kind of makes me feel as if they don't want to do it, but it needs to be done. Would definitely recommend Dr. Trinidad for health treatment.

I had previously signed in online, registered, so I wouldn't have to do a check-in when I got to the office. However, I had to do the whole process all over again, and I found that kind of frustrating, since I'd already, to do that to save time, I had already checked in online. However, I noticed the side questionnaire was not online, and I was more than welcome to fill that out when I got there, but I felt like some of the other questions were redundant after I'd already signed in online. That's the only improvement I can think of.

Carpal tunnel surgery done on my right hand and I can hold a book like a normal person again, first time in years. I'm going to do my left hand here as soon as the right one finishes getting well. Thank you.
