    I really like Dr. Cheung and he's very knowledgeable and he's highly respected. I just don't like it that if I call with a question, I never get to talk to a person and sometimes they call me back and sometimes they don't. Thank you.

    Dr. Cheung is a very intelligent care man. Although my disease is not in his field of study, he gave me some everyday tips to help with my mobility and ordered physical therapy for me. He is gentle and kind.

    The Nurses and stuff was Absolutel Best explaining every detail Dr Cheung was so kind and caring top notch I would recommend him to any one he definitely knows what he's doing such A Great Doctor he truly Cares

      I just thought the male nurse practitioner that came in and saved me first was kind of rude and talked over me a lot. I didn't like how he treated me, but Dr. Felix was awesome.

      Healthcare experiences can be less than enjoyable and informative. Not so at Kings Daughters and Marshall Orthopedics. Always a comfortable and informative. A feeling of being cared for.

      He was very nice. It was for knee. Possible knee revision. Since had not gone to him for replacement, he wouldn't be able to do revision. Said they'd called. But I I did check my phone n other than appointment reminder, there was no call and no text and not a voicemail telling me that he could not help me. I'm sure I'll be charged for this appointment but I really should not be. They should not of even taken the referral because they knew why I needed to be seen. When referral was put through, they were told why I was needed to be seen. That should have ended there by telling my doctor they could not help me. I can tell Medicare about the appointment and that the office knew why I was needing to go there. See what Medicare thinks then. Thank you

      I think you have a wonderful orthopedic department. Dr. Cheung and his staff is fantastic. The people that do the x-rays are friendly and it makes me comforted when I go and have it done. Thank you and you all have a blessed day. Bye-bye.
