Stacie Litteral was an EXCELLENT provider. She listened,took her time to provide me an opportunity to speak and express my concerns. I felt so much peace that hopefully my GI problems can be located and fixed(possibly an AVM small bowel bleed) She an example of what health care can/should be!

My visit was on time even though it took a minute to find the office with the changes to the hospital but now I know where to go. But for everything else it went great

Stacie often and always runs on time for all my appointments and she goes over my history thoroughly, asks the right questions and does listen. And she tells me how to get a hold of her specifically if I need something that might not be able to get through on the first line, but to just send her a message through MyChart and she does respond promptly. I just want to explain the low rating foreseen in a timely manner. Apparently, this literal nurse did not come to work on time for some reason, and she was having to do the nurse's part as well as her part of the appointment.

So I was ordered a Pantoprazole, 20 milligrams, and instructed to take two tablets by mouth once daily with only a quantity of 30. So that gives me a 15-day supply with only one refill, and I'm not scheduled to come in again until May. So I didn't think that was so great. Thanks.

Getting seen by a different provider then originally planned is always scary, but from the first time she filled in for Dr Settles you could tell she cared as much as Dr Settles. Still to this day she puts forth the extra care. Other providers I have seen to fill in where not as tedious and I didn't feel cared for as I do with Dr Satcey Litteral and Dr Settles.

I'm a new patient. Stacie is very kind and she listens and is understanding about my fears with medication and treatments. And when I broke down on her she was very caring and comforting and patient with me. I highly recommend Stacie. She is so wonderful. Thank you

No, the only thing wrong was the provider didn't have enough help or, you know, to, you know, to see her, you know, patients efficiently or she would have. And she apologized, you know, there were, you know, I guess, scheduled, you know, we were scheduled, really, I guess, like a herd of cattle, you know, and other than that, she provided excellent service. It, actually, her, it was not her fault for, you know, the timely, in a timely manner was not,

Great provider and very knowledge. Listens to your needs and concerns. I would highly recommend that the Gastro department have lines available to leave the nurse a message per provider. I had called 5 times and didn't know that it was a call center. Each time I called I had 5 different people to answer. One couldn't even pronounce magnesium, was placed on holds and when they came back on line they didn't address the issue/questions concerning my issue. Basically just wrote me off. With my appointment I stressed this to my provider. She looked into my chart and stated that none of my 5 calls hadn't even been logged into my chart. This is a very bad , especially dealing with health issues or concerns!!!! Please consider AND CHANGE where messages can be left with your providers nurse !!!!!!!

It was a refreshing experience to have someone show genuine concern and empathy. I have had long term colon problems and several surgeries. S. Litteral showed that she was willing to work with me to help me have some resolution for the chronic abdominal pain and associated symptoms
