Dr. Settles is one of the good Doctors left. So many do not listen to you or seems to rush you,but not her...she was very familiar with my medical history and we discussed my health and what to do in the future...I am very impressed with this Dr. and trust her advice.

It was very nice seeing Dr. Settles herself instead of the PA. Every time I've been there, I've had to see the PA, but it was really nice seeing her.

There is absolutely no way in hell to call into any doctors office directly at this operation! I have called and end up asking the person on the line if they were in the office to gather info for me. The answer I get is "no I am working from home." I then don't know if they are at the kitchen table, living room table, or a reasonable facsimile of an office. I also don't know the level of security my medical information is enjoying or who may be in the general area or peeping zone. I am not real impressed with this method. I would think after all that construction there would be room for a little table and a little chair for a phone to be answered in each office area.

Dr settles is extremely knowledgeable about my issue and is very empathetic.. she is very clear and precise about ongoing treatment...I trust and believe in her 100%..

Dr. Settles was wonderful. However, when she ordered two tests and central scheduling made the appointment, they made one for December and one for February, which seems a little ridiculous considering the doctor is mandating these tests for an ongoing gallbladder and possible liver issue. Dr Settles has ordered several blood tests. She is trying to find out what is causing my pain. She definitely is very thorough & cares about her patients.

I had a first thing in the morning appointment at 8.15 and at about 8.45 I walked out and had to ask what the ETA was and was in the room for about 45 minutes for what is just a very short appointment check-in and some blood work downstairs. So the appointment lasted, you know, five minutes and was waiting for 45 on what is already close to a 40-minute commute to the hospital. Just wanting to be seen in the timely fashion that I've been seen before, just going forward. I wanted to leave that feedback.
