The doctor was incredible how ever kdmt was not i was told it would be 30 to 35 minutes till they arrived after an hour and a half still no ride went in to find out what was up they said 30 more minutes how ever it was another 1 and half hours later when my ride came it was Safeway cab not kdmt I don't know if this is standard procedure but I was not happy I hadn't eaten in almost 24 hours my neck hurt wanted to ice it down to say the least I would give your ride service a big thumbs down this is the end of my rant I hope if I ever have to use the service again I hope I get better service it is what patients deserve thanks for listening

I was very pleased with my appointment. The time was perfect. Everything, everyone was very professional. I was treated with respect. I was told what they were doing. And luckily, one person at a time did something to prep me. I like the physician. It was very kind. I will definitely be back.

Dr. Pandya is an excellent doctor. I have no complaints about him, but the phone systems in the doctor's office are horrible. You can't get through. I don't know why they're torn up, but this has happened over several months and they're hard to get a hold of, and nobody seems to know what the problem is. Thank you.

My experience with the Spine and Pain Center has always been a positive one. The office workers are very efficient and the physician's staff are as well. Dr Pandya always explains the procedure before and as it is being performed. Afterwards he explains what may be expected and if anything unusual occurs what should be done.

Office staff is polite and willing to help. Great group of employees. Doc is awesome.
