Very good appointment

Yes, well, I have neuropathy and I'm hoping eventually someone can give me some kind of positive answers as to if there's any kind of cure at all that will help resolve this condition. King's Daughters is a good hospital and like I said, I'm hoping someone can eventually try to help me to get this corrected if it is possible or give me some kind of answers as to what directions I need to go. And I guess that's about it. Thank you.

The nurse took me back a couple of minutes after registering. She was very friendly and attentive in taking my vitals, and the doctor saw me within a very short time frame. She was very attentive to my questions, and reviewed my history, and things to do if problems were to occur. Very courteous and knowledgeable doctor.

Had 8 AM appointment. She was behind time by close to an hour. Did not like the long wait. Probably won't wait that long the next visit. My time is important to me too.

Very professional people. She was a great help. After my stay in the hospital, she helped me a lot. I appreciate her help.

I really liked this provider. She listened to our concerns and covered everything well.

I've seen Ms. Wilks several times and she is always very attentive. She pays strict attention to what she is doing with you and asks questions to clarify anything and if I have a question, she lets me know in uncertain terms exactly what I need to know and what I need to do. And I certainly appreciate that so very much. She seems to be very well versed on everything that we've talked about and brought up some things that I hadn't considered and that's her professional ability. And there should be more people like Ms. Wilks. I really appreciate it. Thank you, Ms. Wilks.

I like my provider, but the office staff just does not seem to understand the importance of scheduling Botox for Migraine shots during the timeframe that they are due. They always want to schedule me two to three weeks late every time, and I just cannot wait that long in between sessions. Migraines are a terrible thing, and I have to take four different medications to alleviate them. Perhaps some more training for scheduling and front office staff about appointments that cannot be put off and ones that can?

Yes, Debra Wilks, I would tell anyone that that's the one they need. She showed me stuff that no one else has ever even told me about. She showed me where my stroke was, and when I was in the hospital, they told me something totally different, but she showed me my stroke. So as for Debra Wilks, I would tell anyone.

Debra Wilks was very professional. She was very polite and personable, but professional tops. She asked questions. She explained test results and talked to me about many things related to my problem when I was at the ER. She alleviated my fears about several different things. and explain to me how to proceed and what the benefits of meditation would be for me. And I thank you very much for these words. Thank you.

Very understanding to my concerns and situation

I feel like we should be addressing the brain injury and symptoms from it. I thought Debra was only treating the migraines. She informed she was there to treat the brain injury also. Then asked me what I expected from her. Honestly I have no Idea what to expect or what kinds of things or treatments would apply to a brain injury. I'm having a lot of difficulty functioning these days. I could use some helpful information as to how a brain injury is treated? How it might affect me? I've been thinking everything I'm experiencing has been Mental health related. However there are some things that I have going on that can be directly attributed to the brain injury. I'm feeling lost and confused.

Debra told me that she would be with me yesterday afternoon about my status with the injection, and I never heard back from her. Other than that, it was a good visit.
