Dr. Hettel is awesome. I wouldn't see anybody else as a urologist. Actually, my dad started seeing and he agrees. So need to give him a raise. He did a good job. Love him to death. Thank you.

Dr. Hettel has an amazing bedside manner. He is knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant. Definitely not a "Prima Donna". Very thorough - leaves no question unanswered, and answered honestly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing attention in his area of medicine. Also - the whole staff at Bluegrass Urology were pleasant, personable, and made a "trip to the doctor" almost fun! Thanks and kudos to everyone!

Dr. Hettel was patient, kind, and caring. The nurses and support staff were also kind and caring. I'm so thankful to be able to see a UKKD urologist in my home area.

I think Dr. Hettel pretty much covered my questions, but there's some uncertainties about my situation. And I think he handled them as, you know, probably as far as he could have. But I thought I was quite satisfied with the visit.

The staff were all friendly and effecient. DR Hettel is easy to talk to and never seems in a hurry.

Dr. Hettel is truly the best provider that I have ever been a patient of. He truly cares for his patients and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Hettel was amazing. He came in specifically that day only to see my son. He was supposed to be out office, but he came in just to see him and I really appreciate that.

Yes, I have seen three different doctors from Bluegrass Urology, and by far and away, Dr. Heddle has inspired the most confidence and been the best of the bunch. I really am glad to have him as a doctor. Also, the Paintsville Clinic makes me wish that that was where I went. Unfortunately, I live in Pikeville, so I end up at Prestonsburg. Paintsville, by far and away, is the best clinic between Prestonsburg and Paintsville. So, thank you very much.

Dr. Hettle is an awesome doctor. I am tickled to death that I found him. He sits and he listens to you. It's not like he's talking down to you like some doctors or he thinks he's better than you. I don't think I know he actually cares. So I'm tickled to death, happy. He's a great doctor. I love him to death.
