    Danny is absolutely wonderful. She's very, very attentive. She seems genuinely concerned about her patients, takes her job seriously from what I've seen. She's very thorough in explaining all you got to do. Most of the time, you don't even have to ask. If you do, she is very, very thorough in explaining anything and everything. And she's just always so happy and ugly and just wonderful, wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend Danny to anybody. She is amazing.

    Yes, the girl had never seen me before and my doctor had to, had an emergency, had to leave. So she seen me and she was good, but she didn't, of course, I didn't expect her to know enough about my medical history, but she did a good job.

    Well I found out that my recovery time is going to take longer than anticipated and the pain is going to linger longer than I wanted. My back no longer hurts but my leg has very slightly improved.

      Ms. Hall assured me I could get my shunt level set at any time and that I was welcome to do so. She was kind and understanding, which I appreciated.

      I think the part that I like most is that Danny made us feel really comfortable. She didn't just treat us as a number. She talked to us, you know, she humanized the situation and was very explanatory. She didn't use big medical terminology. She broke everything down for us. And I really appreciated that. She was very nice, very kind, and seemed to be very caring. And that goes a long way. Thank you.

      For one thing, the MRIs are all closed and there should be a few that are open for patients that have anxiety and phobias. I requested that they call Pikeville Hospital in Pikeville, Kentucky so that I could get an open MRI because I have phobias.

      Daniel was over an hour late for my appointment. I sat in the examination room in a really uncomfortable chair as I was getting up to leave another nurse came in Said Daniel was in a meeting. And she was going to take my staples out. Sitting there for an hour didn't help with the pain.
