My experience was good. The only thing is that the doctor said that he would take my medicine on a note and my prescription. I haven't seen that yet. He wanted me to split my dose instead of take it every two weeks so it would be more top of trial for anything like that, the spike and lower and whatever. Other than that, I've been pretty satisfied.

Kind of hard for the lady to check me in because there was some issues with, I guess, my insurance, but she finally figured it out and I was very happy. Unsure what the next step is. If this is the follow up for the appointment I think it was. I came in originally for my testicle growing 3-4 times bigger then it originally was, which I was told wasn't cancerous and wasnt big enough to be a concern, though, at the size it is, it is bothering me. Then it turned into a follow up about testosterone which was on the low end of normal, but wasn't low enough for insurance to cover replacement, but suggest I pay for it out of pocket and try it anyways to see if it helps. unfortunately, I do not have the money for this out of pocket. The Dr was very upbeat, respectful, and nice, but very fast. For someone who is fighting daily fatigue, memory issues, brain fog, along with a slew of other issues and was hardly awake for this appointment, it left me uncertain on what road to go down next for this issue. This frankly may be more on me then on him.

Most of the patient care team could complete a refresher on patient concern and developing a more compassionate discernment for the patient and family. Not a welcoming office to visit. Dr. Schmidt was fine. Concerned about the situation. Others, not so much. : (

It was a very pleasant visit. I got in and out. The doctor explained everything very concisely and he didn't understand and gave me a plan that I can work with and go forward with my treatment or whatever I can do to help the situation. But overall, it was a great experience.

He need to have better bed side manners and i felt like I was a burden and a bother. I didn't ask to go to him. They sent me to him. Because they saw stuff on my kidney. I don't ask to be seeing by him I think he was very rude. I willn't go back to him and willn't refer friends or family to him

I appreciate being able to get in and get seen in a timely manner. Dr. Schmidt is awesome! Each time I have had an issue it was resolved immediately. UTIs can be painful, and he has been readily available to me at all times.

I cant say the same for central scheduling, I had an appointment today for a C scan on my kidney at 4:55, when I arrived the young lady at register said did central scheduling call you? Our equipment has been down today. No call,no message on my portal or and email such as this. This is not acceptable.
