Dr. Thorndyke's awesome. He always takes great care of me and is willing to answer any questions. The problem that I have is getting to see him and getting past the office staff because they don't care if you're sick or being in the hospital or what. You can't get an appointment or get in to see him in a timely fashion. But when you do get to see him, he's great and he takes great care of you, but the office staff is just not a bit cooperative.

Doctor Thorndyke is caring and knowledgeable. His staff is friendly and efficient. The facility is clean. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Dr Thorndyke took the time to listen to my concerns and took the time to explain my condition and treatment plan. The scheduling department needs to be more explanatory when canceling and rescheduling appointments. As I am an older person I have trouble following and understanding instructions at times.

My visit went as smoothly as silk. In fact, I was in on time and out in a timely manner while still getting all my questions answered. Kings' Daughters runs like a well-oiled machine without sacrificing patient care and/or concerns. Kudos to all who work in the Urology Department!

But he never conveys the feeling that he is rushing me out the door. Our visits are congenial, informative and I believe he is truly concerned with my well being and medical condition. Dr. Thorndyke is a good doctor but he has the rudest staff. From the time you walk through the door, every person is rude and hateful. I'm always early and the lady at the desk acts like it's a crime to be early but yet there is a sign saying you have to reschedule if you are late. Doesn't make sense. All the nurses and other staff members are rude and hateful.
